Avatar f tn Could you please keep the page on the current month or month since the last period? Every time I log in, it comes up in 2011. I have to find the current date. It sure would help and speed things up. Thank you for your time.
Avatar f tn One of my friends had the due date for her first changed multiple times. I think it ended up at least 1 1/2-2 months earlier than going by lmp and baby was full term in development.
Avatar n tn t know what opk is also I was going by the calendar set up on here. The day of my expected ovulation I did bleed a little and I know it wasn't from the pervious day of our whoo whoo time. I did read online u can bleed when u have a late ovulation but that just didn't make sense to me. Anyway thanks to you and the rest for the help this month I will def make sure we have intercrose a few day ahead of time.
Avatar f tn My 14 month old boy was a preemie by 1 month. He is not walking yet and only babbles mama and dada. Also, when he gets excited, he bites the back of his hand very hard and throws his head forward. Although we can stop him from doing this if we intervene right away, it looks weird! Are these biting episodes and lack of walking and talking a sign of something wrong? This discussion is related to <a href='http://www.medhelp.
Avatar f tn 6 months is usually an age where your son would be seen by his pediatrician. You should bring up your concerns at the pediatric visit so that his doctor can evaluate him for any signs of developmental delay. Babies can have a range of development that can still be within the normal range, but your pediatrician will have a better idea of how your son is doing after a complete physical examination.
Avatar f tn or are you saying you ovulate twice in a calendar month? Like an ovulation early in the month, then a period, followed by another ovulation at the end of the month (so two different cycles)? If so, then that can be normal (as long as it only happens a few times per year), since most women have cycles that are slightly shorter than a normal calendar month.
Avatar f tn what month do the baby move up in your tummy like I can only feel the baby Way at da bottom I will be 15weeks tomorrow
Avatar f tn It's definitely better to go by weeks. If people ask just politely tell them weeks is more accurate and how many weeks you are.
Avatar f tn That's not it at all or there are 13 months in a year. You forget that a month is actually 4 weeks and either 2 or 3 days. You can't add a month to the Calendar. No matter how hard you try a pregnancy is 40 weeks, 9 months. You will be one month but 4 weeks and 3 days.
12981378 tn?1440334797 What I wrote above ^^^ is going off of the 4 week to a month/ 10 month/ lunar calendar system. Most people calculate their pregnancy this way. Every 4 weeks starts the new month that you're working on. The other way to do it is to literally divide the 40 weeks into 9 calendar months (which is more than every 4 weeks). It's much more Compmicated that way.
2170099 tn?1364144503 Ignore "The 9 month" I started to type and then forgot I left it there LOL
14877826 tn?1437074331 It's possible to find out you were pregnant one week after ovulation if you use an early-results test (though they don't always work that early). But I actually get from your dates, if you were told that you were 9 weeks 3 days GA on June 3rd, that you found out you were pregnant 12 days after ovulation, not a week. (Counting back on a calendar I get April 12 for ovulation.
Avatar f tn re saying they match the calendar, and calendar months are themselves not even. (A month on the calendar is not an even 4 weeks long, it's sometimes 4 1/2 weeks and sometimes 4.3 weeks, etc.) The third Mondays of May, June, July and August were: May 16 June 20 July 18 August 15 (August 23, which you said was when your last period came, is in fact the fourth Tuesday of that month.
Avatar m tn My daughter, will be 2 in a week and I am worried about here development. Initially she was great.. walked @ 11 months could tell body parts i.e. nose, mouth, ears etc. now she only sometime responds to her name.. only has about 20/30 words (cannot use 2 together mind) When I try to say a word she will look @ my mouth and try to copy me.. She sometimes tip toes around the house (not often)..she will laugh for no apparent reason. When she is with other kids...
Avatar f tn I can tell you, From experience that a baby's heart is fully developed by week 18, which is why doctors do fetal echos between 18-24 weeks, it's the soonest they can visualize the heart without the bones getting in the way or "shadowing" it, and also the latest for them to detect holes and other issues. There are many cases when a baby has a hole or two early on and as the baby grows and the heart continues to grow the holes close or get smaller on their own.
Avatar f tn You count it by the 10 months or 9??? I don't understand why some count it by 10 months??
Avatar n tn At this point, I would recommend that you be seen by a pediatric cardiologist who specializes in fetal cardiology and have a fetal echocardiogram. That way, you can be assured of the complete diagnosis. With this, not only is the VSD evaluated, but also any other potential associated defects can be found.
Avatar f tn I personally think it's selfish and foolish to drink during pregnancy. Your putting your baby's health at risk and fetal development during the first trimester is crucial. Any alcohol use during pregnancy can result in a child being born with FASD. To me it's not worth the risks.
Avatar m tn I just lost my virginity on the 3rd of this month, it was protected. I usually always get my period on the 18th of every month, I'm waiting for it but it's extremely late, according to my PD calendar, I'm 7 days late. Yesterday I went to the clinic and did a urine test but it came out negative. I wasn't really stressed out about it until now. Does having sex the first time push my period back? Or is it season change?
