feeling like throwing up after running

how do you keep from throwing up while running. Every time I run really fast or try to push myself while running I feel nauseous and throw up. Please help.

37w 5d. Been waking up and feeling like I wanna throw up every morning. Anyone else feeling like this? Just wish I had my baby already ughhh!!!!

If you should treat yourself a food that might not be the best choice, just make up for it in the day or two after. Keep your treats to a minimum and just keep the portions small. Everything in moderation. Keep a food diary so that you can keep track of what you are eating and how you are eating. It will help you figure things out. Love yourself. You are lovable, beautiful and very important.

Day 6 without a pill and today I throw up after I brush my teeth,I would have thought that would happen on day 1/2 or 3 not 6.

Lately i been either feeling like throwing up or i actually do. And i get really light headed feeling like im gone pass out. Most times sprite works with some crackers but sometimes it doesnt. What should i do?

My 10 yr old ridgeback threw up yesterday. We think mostly from too much running. It's happened in the past. However, right afterward and into today, we've noticed the back of her skull is noticeably potruding out (kinda like a hump on her head - feels like bone) and her cheeks look withdrawn. Is it possible the motion of throwing up caused something to go wrong with skull or her back? If so, any ideas on how to fix? She is acting totally normal and has not been sick again.

For the past week I have been feeling very sick. It seems like everytime I eat eggs I throw up. and It doesnt stop until everything is out of my stomach. What do you think it could be? I know im not pregnant so its not that...

So I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and lately I have been feeling like I am about to throw up but I never had till today. And when I did throw up it was just stomach acid. Should I be concerned or just not worry. My next doctors appointment is next Tuesday. Thanks for any advice or anything you can offer me.

Ok, here is the update from the migraine/stomach issue. I DID go to the ER today and had a very weird experience. I had my friend, I feel so bad he came over to hang out and visit and ended up having to take me to the ER becuase I could not stand the headache. I took ibuprofen, tried drinking some caffeine, tried to sleep it off and nothing worked. It was so bad that I couldn't sit in my living room becuase the sun was coming in and it was hurting my eyes.

Mini pin 7 years old. Began throwing up bile on Friday. Threw up 3 times. Saturday once, Sunday once and Monday once, all early morning. Monday I took her to the vet. Tested negative for Parvo. Was given a IV to give her 2 ml. per day and 5 shots to be given every 8 hours frollowed by a pill to be given every 8 hours once the shots were given for the vomitting. She drinks water but has no interest in eating. She is allert, but not as chipper as usual.

So trying to figure out if I just ate something bad, or is this the start....Went out to dinner tonight early with my uncle and had ravioli. Had gas most of the night, but had some bread to help absorb the sauce that was causing some heartburn (along with a Zantac...my best friend). That dinner was like at 5 PM. It's 2 AM and I woke up throwing up. I have had 2 or 3 bowel movements over the course of the day which is why I am not sure if this is the ramp up, or not. Opinions???

Try taking some Tums when you start feeling an upset stomach. I would get a lot of acid build up and have little vomit burp things and it helped me.

On Saturday night, I ate a bowl of soup and threw up everything after couple hours. And before I threw up , i get hurt it my stomach and get headache.I believe that I didnt eat the possion food because my family had ate the same thing that I did. On sunday, i dont feel hungry since i hadnt eat anything. I ate a little rice then I threw up again after couple hours and get stomach pain.. I just want to thank everyone for their advice and kind words. I did stop throwing up finally and am feeling much better. Tuck, the dr. told me I'm still nauseated from the pain, but now that I'm wearing the pain patch I'm not feeling that same horrible pain as I was, but I'm thinking that you all may be right, that my body still can't handle a lot of solid foods yet. Because I was feeling completely fine yesterday until I ate, and then it went downhill and very fast.

The flu for me was just throwing up everything! Couldn't even keep water down! Had to go to the hospital to get an iv.

Do any of you ladies ever throw up directly after you eat your food, like it doesn't even get down good. If so do you eat right after since the baby didn't get much of what you ate or you wait?

I was super nauseous my first trimester. I think I threw up at least twice a day, five days out of the week. But around 16 weeks, it FINALLY started easing up a lot. I'd only get nauseous a couple of days every so often. But now that I'm almost in my third trimester, I can't go a day without puking. Try ice to at least keep yourself hydrated. I have been there feeling just like that with the same horrible all day sickness and I had to go to the ER twice because I was very dehydrated. Ask your doctor about Zofran or Promethazine those medications help with the nausea and vomiting. I had Zofran at first but it didn't really hold me from throwing up then I got Promethazine 25mg and that work wonders.

I have been throwing up sence the surgery. I am still throwing up. I throw up at least 3 or 4 times a day. Every day. I have lost 22 lbs in this last 6 months, and it seams no one cares. I am getting really scared for my life. 79 lbs. is no joke. I really need help..

The past 2 days her appetite has gone down and today she began throwing up a bit this morning but only her food that she ate. Other than that she seems fine, running around, attacking my older cat :)...She was pretty crazy (her normal self) for the first few days after surgery despite our best efforts to "keep her calm" and "no running, jumping etc" She has definitely slowed down in the past 2 days but isn't "acting sick" other than the vomiting.

Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. At first I thought I was allergic to eggs so I cut those out of my diet but I keep throwing up!! This makes me insecure because it's making me loose weight. i'm the lightest I've been in a few years and was upset about being too skinny before this happened. I just want to gain weight and be healthy again.

Thanks ladies. I didn't throw up yesterday it's like event a couple times a week but by i felt better after. Never had this with my angel first.
