of celery which have natural
blood pressure lowering properties.
Get the good fats, the unsaturated: monousaturated; polyunsturated oils. These include olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, omega 3 fatty acids, soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, flaxseed, salmon, trout, and cold water fish, avacados, and nuts. Stay away from Sautrated and Hydorgenated oils!
