If you have a cold sore or you are in fear of something I would speak to your doctor about it and see if they refer you to an opthalmaogist.

I had HIV Anxiety as well at one point and I ended up sitting in an AIDS clinic waiting room on my lunch hour for several weeks to help get over it. We cannot control everything in our lives. The sooner a person with OCD gets that into their head the better. I don't avoid situations. I give blood all the time and of course I'm HIV negative. You are right in that you cannot get HIV from donating blood.

I'm so glad they put me to sleep.I'm going to try for a vbac but if my specialists want me to have another c section. I want them to put me sleep again I don't feel I can be awake for it. Which is no way fair on my boyfriend as this is his 1st baby and he will miss out on seeing his baby come into the world.

I always check on objects if they have blood or redness.Someone might notices my strange behavior. Moreover I took hiv tests like 20 times! All the tests didn't come from real risk like unprotected sex but often come from various anxieties and one of those is touching objects with blood.

On an exposure-by-exposure basis, I agree with what you were informed by the Montreal clinic, i.e. each exposure seems to be zero risk. 1,2) It is true HIV is easier to treat and survival is much better. 3) When you are tested, almost certainly the result will be negative. 4) Yes, you are far too worried about HIV than you should be.
