I've done 4 on gas and air and one natural. I don't know how I managed it natural though but I do remember I was pushing on arrival. Personally I'd go in to hospital with an open mind. Go as far as you can naturally then if you need anything try gas and air so you can still be in control (unless your like me and you clamp your Teeth and refuse to part with it) .
Google foods that cause gas and avoid those foods. Nutmeg is a natural anti flatulant. Gas Ex is on my safe list. Not sure about Beeno, look it up. I have stomach issue pre preg. and Gass now is even worse. I admit that when gas bloating is uncomfortable, I go in bedroom, light a candle, and get on elbows and knees, tush up, to allow gravity to assist the gas to "rise" @and facillitate it's escape out my bum.
