My doctor wants to see 4-5 bowel movements a day. He prescribed 2 - 20mg packs at breakfast, 2 at lunch and 1 at dinner. Some days I have 6-8 before dinner and since he does not want me to have more than that I will skip the dinner dose. My question is - If I have a movement the first thing the following morning - prior to taking anything - is that movement still removing ammonia 12-14 after the prior dose? Or - Do I not count that as one of the movements for that day?
For me it was 4-6 days 4 being my worst day and after that it got easier each day. The trick is to stay busy dont let the anxiety get to you I walked alot and watched many movies and also took alot of hot baths . You can do this just remember to keep your eye on the prize and keep posting read alot on here and get support and give it also it helps you and others also.
Hello, I have been checking this sight for a few years and found it to be informative, valuable and reassuring. I was first diagnosed with Hep C in 2001 after probably contracting virus in 1969. Genotype 1. As my health was generally good I have waiting for improvements in SOC treatment success. Levels generally around 400,000, ALT 55. at I have taken the leap and am now 12 weeks into SOC & Filibuvir/placebo clinical trial. I had >2.09 log reduction at week 4 and < 15 at week 8.
Symptoms if someone has them at all comes on 2-4 post exposure and lasts 1-2 weeks. Not months.

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl who I met at a bar – really stupid mistake, I just can’t believe I’ve done something so foolish. I did a 4 month treatment of it on a lower dose so I would reccommend that, higher doses are for sever cases like grade 4 or between 3 and 4.....
We were told not to have any sexual contact for 7 days, but we had sex on day 4, with no oral sex just kissing and protected anal sex and anal finger foreplay. My questions are:
1. How long does it take for the medication to actually kill the bacteria and cure the gonorrhea? Is it before 7 days or on day 7?
2. With no oral sex involved, is there a risk of re infection? Even though we were both extremely careful to wash up and clean immediatly after sex?

If someone does get ARS it happens 2-4 weeks after exposure and lasts 1-2 weeks. But you can never use symptoms because they are too general.
i am 13 and i am also a migrane patient. when there is an attack it used to last for mor than 4 days. it was not seware all the time it was a light pain but i could feel it. my doc prescribed me sebilum its 8 months i am taking it. first of all you should try to stop your sons chocolate,coffe and coke because these three things basically have cafeen in them which triggers migrane attack. i myself used to have alot of these things but the day i stopped it i am fine now.
I have been taking hydrocodone for about two years now. The whole first year I had no idea I had a problem, but now I want to quit and I can't. At least I've been unsuccessful several times. I don't even have a pain problem, although I ache horrorible without pills! I am very serious about quitting this time, I want my life back and I hate the thought that I need a substance to feel normal. This is very hard...
once u hit the second trimester speak to your doctor there are things they can do to assist with keeping you pregnant for the duration. ie. hormones or a cerclage.
Hello everyone. Lately I've been really stressed and I'm always thinking that there is something wrong with me. I found a lump under my sternum and I thought that I had cancer, but it was just my xiphoid process. Now I'm dealing with some kind of headaches that they last no more than 4-5 seconds. They are not painful at all, and it feels more like a weak preasure. They keep coming back every now and then, sometimes sooner, sometimes not, and in different part of my head every time.
