It's strange..because physically, I feel like I'm on my period... you know that feeling that you have in your tummy etc..
but still so worried about my medication I was told to take (cycloprogynova white pills) estradiol valerate since the day of egg collection.. and even after i had my BFP they told me to continue taking them till the third month of course that accompanied with progesterone supplements.. now I am obsreving my pregnancy with anotger doctors .. saying I should quit estrogen pills ASAP .. I m so wprried about my babies and don't know what to do.. any one can help me??

I am quite healthy woman, 25. I do not smoke, I am not clinically obese but I do have excess weight. Few months ago I tried taking pills called lindynette 20 (EE 20 µg, gestodene 75 µg). I only took them for three days and then stopped because of such side effects as total loss of appetite, insomnia and pulling pain the shoulder. It felt like my arm had gone numb. This month I decided to try again and chose Qlaira (estradiol valerate/dienogest combination).

She says that I am only to take the white tablets (containing Estradiol valerate 2mg) once a day along with my other pills and she says this is because it will help my uterus grow as she is concerned about lack of space and possible miscarriage.
My concern is that following some internet research - these tablets (The Progyluton) appear to be strongly contraindicated for pregnancy!!
I am worried about taking them and I'm also worried about NOT taking them!!!!
Hi, I am 28 and came off the pill Qlaira 26+2 (estradiol valerate/dienogest). Had small brown spotting during 23,24 day while on pill (tough that was withdrawal bleed). Period (or real withdrawal bleed) came 17 days after last active tablet. My question is, which of those was withdrawal bleed and what is the chance to get pregnant if I had unprotected intercourse during bleed in day 17,20 after last active tablet? Can I treat last bleed as first day of new cycle with real menstruation?
I've been using betamethasone valerate (0.12%) for three weeks (with occlusion) on my left and right knee to treat an allergic contact dermatitis.
Now that the rash is gone i was advised to stop applying the topical cortisone.
My question is this, since i'm a professional swimmer , is it safe for me to hit the pool asap?
Or should i wait some time because of the increased risk of infection (i'm especially worried about tinea/ringworm)??

Estradiol is one form of estrogen and is (or at least used to be) considered HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) although some refer to it as ET (estrogen therapy).
There is estrogen-only HRT and combined (estrogen plus progestin or progesterone) HRT. Women who have a uterus who take HRT must take progestin or progesterone if they take estrogen in order to protect their uterine lining from the proliferative effects of estrogen.
Could you please let me know my risk and if I should get tested based on the following exposures. The below was between 2 men of unknown status.
1. Mutual masterbation through jeans that were wet through pre-ejactualate or semen itself with a small cut on hand ( not actively bleeding I think)

Now when I get them, I take note of it since it tells me that I may need to either increase my dose of estradiol or that I need to change my estradiol patch sooner... (I use the Vivelle patch.. a bioidentical estradiol transdermal patch).
Years ago I had all of this checked out by a Cardiac doctor who told me I had benign tacycardia, but we did not discuss how ovarian levels of estradiol affects our heart and how palpatations can occur when things are not at optimal levels.
What are the chances of betnovate cream (active ingredient Betamethasone Valerate) causing stunted penis if applied to groin & lower scrotum during puberty to treat red, itchy, flaky skin condition ?
I have read that it can cause andrenal suppresion, growth retardation and that the scrotum absorbs up to 40% of applied drugs. Any experts know the chances of this occurring ? Is the condition permanent ? Thanks in advance.
How long after a confirmed pregnancy are you suppose to continue taking Estradiol? Just read on the internet that it can cause birth defects and I can't reach my doctor to confirm this.
I'm taking estrace 4 mg daily and have also taken estradiol before, and have not had a problem with vertigo. Why do you associate it with the estradiol? I thought positional vertigo had to do with little calcifications in the inner ear breaking off wherever they are attached and floating around. Do you think this comes from estrogen use? I had heard it came from something else.
