As fas as I know, nexium (esomeprazole) only interferes with biaxin (clarithromycin). It heightens the amount of esomeprazole by inhibiting the degradation of esomeprazole. About two years ago I quite suddenly developed chronic belching. This was during a time that I was bedridden for unrelated reasons and I wonder if perhaps the extremely long time in bed (24 hours a day for about 3 months) is what began it.
Originally I would have 4 hour, 6, or even longer sessions of constant, repeated burps. One burp every 4-5 seconds for hours at a time. Often very small amounts of food will come up with this.
One of the known side effects of Nexium (Esomeprazole Magnesium) is jerking muscle movements so i'd say if he isn't experiencing a side effect of the Nexium, because he's stressed and experiencing weird dreams it's probably just normal sleep induced myoclonic muscle twitches as he's going in and out of the sleep fazes.

In the middle of chemotherapy for stage 2, node negative, triple negative BC. Regimen is 4AC and 4Taxol, dose dense. AC gave me extreme constipation(finally going on Day6 w/ stool softeners) but no abdominal pain and could eat normally by second week. I had first Taxol 9 days ago. Had funny, random feeling in abdomen during infusion, but no pain.
I was put on Esomeprazole 20 but i had very bad side effects especially dizziness and body weakness... I went back to the doctor who changed the medication to Lansoprazole 30mg but still i feel like there is no improvement on the dizziness and body weakness. I am also having heart palpitations which i think are from anxiety. Other side effects i am having include tingling sensation in arms and legs, chest tightness, headaches, sore throat and cough with sputum...
they prescribed omeprazole and no effect. Now I am taking esomeprazole while I am waiting for my ENT appointment.
STD related issues are scaring, so I thought I would better do that swabs and get it out of my head.
I just order for swabs for STDs at a lab or are there any specific test? And if I certainly negative for the abovementioned std tests, does it confirm that they are not the culprits behind my sore throat?
Can I take esomeprazole,diazepam,antihistamine( Given by doc to help sleep ). Green tea capsules,cranberry pills,multivitamins and kanna together please? And on days I don't take my diazepam can i take valerian instead with these other supplements?

I'm wondering if any one has ever experienced the side effect of body twitches when they started taking medication?
I don't mean small twitches, it feels like my muscle is jerking it's scary. Alot of you are telling me to ask my psychiatrist about any questions, but she works in the emerg at the hospital. I am only seeing her short-term and she doesn't take calls.
I have suffered from excess acid on and off over the last 10 years and been diagnosed with h.pylori twice. I have tried Omeprazole and din't like the dry itching skin so came off of it and controlled it with diet and occasional anti acid chews.
Dry mouth, headache, nausea, sweating, somnolence, insomnia, diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, pyrexia, sinusitis, rash, pruritus, bradycardia, tachycardia, hypertension, hypotension, spontaneous abortion.
would this delay my seroconversion or window period? thx again and sorry for the bother.
lately its been a burning in my stomach, throbbing/stabbing pain in my lower right side and what I believe to be hemorrhoids. My stool is usually very liquidy and bright yellow. I have the procedure to have a camera put into my stomach to see what's wrong on July second (2 days after my birthday.. happy birthday to me! >.<).. but I want to see what people here might think is wrong.. so I can maybe calm down a little bit.
dr give me letter for my own dr..for new tablets for my reflux..on getting my tablets they called esomeprazole .40mg twice daily..and iv got to say they have helped my reflux,so what im thinking now is esomeprazole the same family of meds as nexius..i dont have to take these new meds with food just full glass water...i will check with my drs on thid .

Hi I have pain behind my breastbone and slightly to the left side under my ribs, with excess gas and bloating to my stomach. I have also have heartburn occasionally. This has got progressively worse in the past year since having an endoscopy which found nothing untoward other than inflammation due to excess stomach acid.
I was given esomeprazole and other drugs but since then I have had chest pains in the left, shortage on breath , some cough though I had this before and tightness in the chest sometimes. What could this be?
