As fas as I know, nexium (esomeprazole) only interferes with biaxin (clarithromycin). It heightens the amount of esomeprazole by inhibiting the degradation of esomeprazole. I don't see anything in your "numbers" that say you need immediate attention, I assume that is what "a and e" is . We call it ER in the USA if that is the match. That is the assumption of my comment. However, if your condition continues and gets worse, a visit to emergency may be in order.
In you "shoes" I'd take an aspirin a day while waiting. You didn't mention any medications you are on, so that would have to be considered.
Can I take esomeprazole,diazepam,antihistamine( Given by doc to help sleep ). Green tea capsules,cranberry pills,multivitamins and kanna together please? And on days I don't take my diazepam can i take valerian instead with these other supplements?

dr give me letter for my own dr..for new tablets for my reflux..on getting my tablets they called esomeprazole .40mg twice daily..and iv got to say they have helped my reflux,so what im thinking now is esomeprazole the same family of meds as nexius..i dont have to take these new meds with food just full glass water...i will check with my drs on thid .

I think insurance companies are dropping many drugs because acceptable generic equivalents are available, as is the case with Nexium (Esomeprazole). The generic version of the drug will work very well for you. I'm betting you will be just fine.
I wonder if you have considered discussing tapering off/discontinuing Nexium/Esomeprazole and see what happens. After having the Nissen Fundoplication surgery I was able to discontinue taking the drug and have been symptom free.
He checked my larynx and said I had inflammation due to GERD. He told me to make some diet changes and to take Esomeprazole 40mg every day. After three months he told me to continue for a year. I've had GERD for a few years and I take 40mg of Nexium (Esomeprazole) every day. I'd like to try magic (Psilocybin) mushrooms. It it possible that they would aggravate my reflux or interact negatively with the Nexium? I was taking Esomeprazole levosulpride empty stomach daily. In november2016, i had constipation, bloating, acid reflux. Having bad stomach ache i was admitted and diagnosed with infective ulceritis. Started medication. But condition wasnt improving. In april2017, had colonoscopy done. Found terminal illeal ulcer. After the medications, condition wasnt improving. Severe constipation, acid reflux. I have consulted numerous doctors. Some have told me to live with this my entire life.

My blood magnesium levels were low a few weeks ago and they just got back to normal right before I started taking the Nexium. I was put on Esomeprazole 20 but i had very bad side effects especially dizziness and body weakness... I went back to the doctor who changed the medication to Lansoprazole 30mg but still i feel like there is no improvement on the dizziness and body weakness. Aspirin is a blood thinner. This cause serious issues during pregnancy. Find out if anyone you know sells Essential Oils.
I've had three miscarriages and my doctor prescribed me baby aspirin (same as low dose aspirin) right after the last one. I am now 6 months pregnant & have been taking 1 pill everyday along with my prenatal vitamins since last January. You can ask your doctor about it & see what they say.
