Hello, I am a 21 year old guy and I have had red cheeks for like 4-5 years now. I strongly doubt its acne, because its only on my cheeks and no where else on my face, plus it really doesn't look like acne. Over the past 5 years it has gotten worse or better, and I have noticed that it gets worse during the winter and improves slightly over the summer. These started around when I was 17, before that my skin was clear.

You can use tacrolimus ointment for this.Using this rosacea often resolves the itch, redness, and tenderness of steroid-induced rosacea in 7 to 10 days with twice daily application. Complete clearing of steroid-induced rosacea usually takes 1 to 2 months. Sometimes clearing takes a bit longer. Avoiding rosacea triggers, such as caffeine, spicy foods, and alcohol, also may help clear the skin.But pls don’t worry as it is not a permanent condition.

I had a red spot pop up just under the corner of my mouth that was followed by some more. They have no texture; there is no burning or itching, and no dryness. After this, the area around my nose became quite dry and bumpy as well as the skin between my nose and mouth but I still didn't experience any sensations other than dryness. These dry areas weren't red, they were slightly pink but basically skin colored.
Started from the jaw line and now spread behind ears and all over cheeks and forehead. It looks like rosacea also tiny bumps but mine comes and goes and i dont take anything for it. Im also olive skin but im italian. Anyone who can give me any answers please i cannot figure this out i went to a dermatologist and got cream that made it worse im trying to not have to go back. I went to the dermatologist a few months ago with a red face and slight acne on my forehead. She immediately said it was rosacea and prescribed me Rhofade. It was expensive and eventually hurt more than it helped. So, I went back and she prescribed me Soolantra. That seemed to have worked for a couple of days. Now, my face is back to being completely red and burning.
I'm used to blushing easily, but this occurs even when I'm sitting at home. It's constant.
Erythromycin and Cipro are both on the QT drug list that can cause prolongation of the QT interval on an ECG and can cause the arrhythmia Torsades de pointe. The facial left me uneven ugly texture on my cheeks, some scars, enlarged pores on my cheeks in places i never had before and rosacea which i did not have prior to the facial. My question is whether i will be able to correct these texture problems and scars in the future with fraxel or would fraxel make my skin worse since i now have rosacia.
However, within about six months, I noticed a thickening of the skin on my cheeks near the sides of my nose- which the dermatologist diagnosed as Rosacea. It is irreversible and I am crushed. My Clarisonic is put away, and I am never going to clean my face with anything other than mild cleanser and my fingers. The doc specifically said that any friction at all, even soft brushes, can bring on Rosacea.
The bumps are like little pimples and are rough and dry. My face has general redness over the nose and cheeks (I look like I have constant sunburn). A friend thinks I may have rosacea. The symptoms I experience have not bothered me. There's no pain, itchiness, etc. But I'm wondering if there's need to worry?
I was prescribed Erythromycin Ophthalmic Ointment USP, 0.5% (sterile) to be applied to the eyes' eyelid margins every night at bedtime. What is the minimum and maximum time (i.e. days, months) I can use this medication without making the bacteria drug resistant or causing other problems?
