Unfortunately the day after the encounter I received oral sex from my wife to be. She has since been prescribed erythromycin for a throat infection. I was given medication at the gum clinic.1) What are the chances of her contracting chylamidia or gonnohrea from me by giving me oral sex? 2) would that be to the throat or could it infect the vagina? 3) will the erythromycin clear any infection?

Make sure to take a good probiotic for that reason. Were you also diagnosed with trich? Sometimes that is treated with erythromycin. But otherwise, that is very odd to add that and I'd really like to know why.
The Dr took a slide from my penis and said that there were a collection of white cells which could indicate infection. I was given a single dose of Azythromycin at the clinic which i took and digested and had no alcohol etc. At the time I also had a chest infection and the following day my GP gave me a weeks worth of Erythromycin at 250 4 times per day.
About 3 weeks later my wife got a thrush infection and a week after that I got some read spots on head of penis and under foreskin. These disappeared in a few days but then I noticed a purulent discharge and so went to GU clinic. Diagnosed as NSU and over next three months it kept recurring despite abstaining from sex and being treated with Azithromycin 1 dose, Doxycycline 1 week, Erythromycin + Metronidazole 1 week, and lastly Azithromycin again for 5 days.
I was given 1g of Azithromycin and took a week of Erythromycin at 250mg x 4 per day starting the day after, which was for a chest infection given to me by GP.
Went back to sexual health clinic twice after still not feeling right and on both occassions examined and told no sign of infection and to resume normal sexual activity.
I paid for a private test for Trich - Negative, Urinalysis at Docs - normal.
Female i had encounter with tested - negative.
Was given 1g azithromycin and the following day I was at Drs for throat infection and given 7 days of erythromycin at 250mgx4 per day. Still feeling symptoms I went back twice to GUM who took slides from urethra and told no sign of infection.Female I had encounter with checked twice for STD and negative. I was still feeling symptoms and went to gp urineanalysis-negative. I paid for private trich urine test-negative.
First 2 events was Erythromycin and recent one was Clarithromycin which I discovered belong to the same group as Erythromycin. Is there a solution to this torturing symptoms? Anyone out there has such symptoms and managed to resolve it?

Im not sure I understand part of your answer ("it's not likely that it's the cause of your symptoms now").
I'Ve had 3 (now 4) infections in 5 months and consulted on all three (soon 4) occasions. No kidney stones or bladder infection as I've had ultrasound done. I'Ve had my urine tested, bacteria culture, swabs, blood tests each time.
Unfortunately, I now have a massive infection and the dentist prescribed Erythromycin. Have been on it since Thursday, still no pain meds. The problem here is that I live in a very depressed area, and have lost my health insurance since being laid off my job. Unemployment in this county is 40%. So, the Health Dept. doctors assume when you ask for pain medication that you want to sell it to someone for extra cash. But, luckily for me, the pain is easing off now that the infection is clearing up.
If you have a bacterial infection, antibiotics must be continued until the infection is destroyed. If you cannot tolerate erythromycin you should have been immediately switched to an alternative antibiotic.

They essentially tell me I have an infection, presecribe some medication and push me out the door. I am at a loss as to what to do, but I can no longer continue with this pain. It has gotten to the point where somedays I just don't want to be alive anymmore. Please tell me what to do!

I agree bacterial infection seems unlikely after the week of Antibiotics I took and I shall take your advice a yeast infection is also unlikely. I assume you hint that Clotrimazole is not a sure cure for a yeast infection if I even had any? I think based on your advice I will hold out taking the DOXY until I have been to the clinic again.
Second, about a week before the incident I had a root canal and because of a gum or tissue infection in the area of the tooth I had been on Clindamycin for about five days, would that lower my chances of getting oral ghonorrea or would the prior infection raise them? Finally, there were no visible sores in her vaginal area so I know this lowers the Herpes risk, but does my being diabetic raise it and if I had gotten HSV 1 or genital type on my mouth how long until sores would appear.
