Avatar f tn With some hiv drugs it says do not ear grapefruit as it will interfere with the drugs efficacy. Although I have not seen this on the list of drug interactions for victrelis or incevek, I was just wondering if anyone knows or has been told by their doctor not to eat them while on treatment. I have had them several times while on treatment, and would like to continue since they are so healthy for you, but I do not want to impede treatment at all.

Avatar m tn Yes, fungal infection and STDs can cause a slight erectile dysfunction. Hence get this tested. Other than that there are many other causes of erectile dysfunction such as stress and anxiety, depression, smoking, alcohol, and illicit drugs, high blood pressure, poor circulation and peripheral vascular disease, heart or thyroid conditions, spinal cord injury, nerve damage (for example, from prostate surgery), or neurologic disorders (such as multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease).
Avatar m tn re on a drug for your hypothyroidism, there is this nifty tool at the top- under drugs, you can find drug interaction. All you do is type in the drugs you're on (otc and other) and it will tell you what interactions are known with it. And if all else fails and you're unsure you can always call up your local pharmacy. They will be able to tell you if a specific drug will react to another.
20783293 tn?1506299369 I have switched to a previous medication Seroquel which did not cause erectile dysfunction before, but I am still experiencing erectile dysfunction. I am unable to get or maintain an erection. I have been given Cialis by a urologist to help with the problem, but I am afraid of side effects that can cause vision loss to blindness as well as hearing loss or deafness. What should I do? Is it safe to take the Cialis?
Avatar f tn A few years ago I took Adderall and I've had erectile dysfunction ever since. A few years later I was prescribed an antidepressant and I've had premature ejaculation ever since. I stopped both medications years ago but the problems remain. Is there any way to treat this?

Avatar m tn Issues I have in recent years is significant and worsening swelling of ankles and legs , as well as Erectile dysfunction . Is there any better drugs or treatment?
Avatar n tn This forum is really about the medical issue of erectile dysfunction. No matter how sexy a partner is when you meet them, long term relationships involve time and time changes. that. You are talking about something entirely different than erectile dysfunction. And obviously, yes, there is a psychological component to being aroused. If you have actual erectile dysfunction, changing partners is unlikely to do a thing.
Avatar m tn It is true that diabetes can cause erectile dysfunction but even people with prediabetes may experience erectile dysfunction (ED). This is because nerve damage can occur even before a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, when a person has prediabetes. Poorly managed blood sugar control can damage the blood vessels and nerves, including the blood vessels and nerves in the penis. This type of nerve damage can prevent a man from getting and sustaining an erection.
