Avatar m tn It is very difficult to know anything based on what you posted. First, lab ranges even for the different labs in the US differ so without ranges - have no idea if you are low, high or normal. Second - no idea if you are sick or how you are sick. The tests run are not really run for adrenal except DHEA (and that is really more of an adrogen - e.g. it converts to testosterone and estrogen) so not sure why it belongs in this forum.

1179039 tn?1263993568 Nobody here is qualified to tell you how to take your medication, only work with your doctor on this. He is the one who is qualified to know what is best for you. We can share our own experiences, but never change anything with your medicine unless your doctor suggests or allows it. Take care.....

Avatar f tn You can read about the clinical approach in this letter written by a good thyroid doctor for patients that he is consulting with from a distance. The letter is sent to the PCP of the patient, to help guide treatment. If your doctor is not willing to treat you clinically, rather than by TSH, then you will need to find a good thyroid doctor that will do so. http://hormonerestoration.com/files/ThyroidPMD.
Avatar m tn You can get some good insight into clinical treatment from this link to a letter written by a good thyroid doctor for patients that he consults with from a distance. The letter is sent to the PCP of the patient to help guide treatment. http://hormonerestoration.com/files/ThyroidPMD.pdf If you will post your thyroid test results and their reference ranges, members will be glad to assess the adequacy of your testing and treatment.
Avatar n tn Well Bactrim is a Class C Medication (only Class A or Class B drugs are "safe"), meaning not safe for pregnancy...however, The drug is "Trimester Specific". It does not indicate which trimester it could be a problem for. I would either call the physican you plan to use as your OB doc or call a pharmacist to ask what their thoughts are on it.
Avatar f tn Gosh, I don't know the specifics of this. Sometimes doctors really can guide you. Have you called your doctors office or even a pharmacist may be able to guide you.
Avatar n tn what are the physical effects of weaning yourself off antidepressant medication?

Avatar f tn not much to say except that you definately have hepatitis c. next step would be to see a hepatologist or GI to make a plan to rid yourself of this disease. most likely a liver biopsy could help you decide when to treat.
