I found an amazing recipe someone posted on Facebook called Taco Bake it's a mix between a taco lasagna and a Mexican taco from Taco Bell. I made it today and not only was it simple and quick to make, it was sooo delicious!
Just from what I saw on some of the posts, be careful about eating Cesar salad it can sometime contain raw eggs, and also don't over-do tuna I think 6 oz is allowed each week since it can contain a higher mercury count!
Never fails mightymouse you and your food posts! :))) I would like to eat the soul and still heating heart of my idiot husband because he's being a douche but since that's illegal here....
Jut stick to your diet but once in a while eating your taco or junk isnt bad even w/ gestational diabetes. You also need to satisfy your cravings. Its all about the quantity. Just dont eat too much. Just eat it around your diet. Drink loads of water.
I tend to eat random sweet things with my meals like i made chicken and dumplings and half way threw got cinnamon apples out and started eating that to. Then this morning i ate a banana and last nights rotisserie chicken.
