Have an emergency snack ready for night like precut cold in water celery stalks and carrots. Also take an evening walk. Clean your fridge and pantry. Get rid of Mayonaise , high calorie salad dressings. Give your pasta and rice to a food bank. Don't buy processed foods. Learn to cook. Get a small food processor that will make food prep a snap. Avoid soda even diet soda.

Avatar f tn i prefer tuna in water, usually for the breakfast, eggs, beans,green peas, chicken in different ways- boiled, grilled, in salad,in soup, eating buckwheat instead of rice. A lot of easy things what you can prepare very fast and healthy. Also we eat brown bread,sometimes full grain pasta, mushrooms cooked with vegetables. The main goal is to watch calories in and out.

I was a vegetarian for about 8 years and I learned lots. Still not a fan of meat. Just some. I was like this but only because I was watching my weight. Still am pretty much. Foods that you can try and are simple and healthy. Rotini salad. It's pasta and you may think it's fatty and such but it's good for you.

1597891 tn?1298849279 We eat alot of steak and the pasta sides. I make a homemade macaroni and cheese, it consists of penne pasta with sharp cheddar cheese, milk, and italian bread crumbs. I like making green beans with brown sugar in them, my boyfriend loves that. We like fish and shrimp. My boyfriend likes goat meat, which isnt bad if cooked right, but Im not the biggest fan. My friend went on a diet of just eating lean cuisines and soup, but I dont think I would be able to do that.

I've gained instead of lost weight I'm now a record 145 for myself. I won't be surprised if I reach 200 by the end of this pregnancy because my mom gained over 70lbs with me and I was her first too.
