823968 tn?1245061618 Hello. I've been trying to recover for a year now, unsuccessfully, but i've had 4 different meal plans in the past year. One was eatting 6x a day with a certain amount of starches, grains, fruits, veggies etc. I had a list of how much i had to eat at each different time, that was when i was struggleing more with bulimia. When my anorexica/bulimia were both acting up at the same time, i was on 1200 cal. meal plan, but i could eat whatever i wanted on it.

I recently started eating much healthier with the " low carb diet plan" I am walking but I still have pain of course so I need some sort of list of foods that are good for people with this. The only pain medication i take for fibro is Tramadol 200 mg time released twice per day. I have been on everything I was addicted to hydrocodon like to never got off of it.

Avatar f tn Me too! I've dropped about 6lbs and I'm 11 weeks today. I'm not going to worry because I know I'm eating well, taking all my vitamins, doing everything I'm supposed to. I'm going to say I've dropped this weight because I'm eating healthier. So I'm not going to worry unless Doc says something about it. Call your Doc and get some reassurance.

I am also on the cancellation list, and can/will leave work any day or time for this, so maybe I'll get in a little faster. I still have not contacted neuro #2 about the recent eye problems, or to ask about MRI report #1 (which through a comedy of errors, he never saw). I may get up the guts to at least call his office and ask their policy on if/how patients can leave messages/questions for doctors.
Avatar f tn You have to do things slowly, you have to make a plan. The plan should be not of what you want to do, but who and how do you want to be. Once you figure that out make a schedule that you can keep. Nothing harsh or extreme that will make you exhausted just by thinking. Maybe cut white sugars first week and exercise 15 minutes. Than cut white flour next week and add 5 minutes to your exercising. If you are searching for help you already started the process.

Avatar m tn Plan ahead and don't let yourself get hungry that way you don't have to think about it in the moment. Plan your whole day of eating and just don't allow those junk food items to make the list. It's helpful for me, because when I get busy then I'm not making bad choices.

What I'm going to do is just list everything that I want and don't want and then tell my Dr. that unless it is medically necessary to have something done, or if it's best for baby then go ahead and go for it.

I try to stick to the healthy stuff but my body and my baby says otherwise. I'm so concerned about the weight gain ( I lost over 100 pounds before getting pregnant. Besides the occasional maybe random outing or family outing where what I eat can't be helped I will simply measure and control. My list: Baby carrots Cucumbers Plenty of fruit! Chicken ! No skin Nuts Plenty of water ! Oatmeal Boiled egg Turkey sandwich Little mayo Pickles Wheat bread (when I can afford it) My question is besides advising me that I should try to eat more veggies and try seafood tell me can that list work .....
