ear candling pros and cons

First, candling doesn't remove ear wax, it supposedly melts it so it can drip out on its own. But all double blind studies show that the only wax dripping out is the wax of the ear candle, not ear wax. On the other hand, as I said, it's used by a lot of people, and has been for centuries, so if it makes you feel good, that's okay by me. Certainly didn't do anything for me when I tried it.

I'm very indecisive and wanted to know the pros and cons on breast feeding ? Any help or suggestions ?

I can hear but, it feel like I have pressure in my ear and as though the right ear only. I also hear slight ringing at times including small clicking noises randomly. I have a 3rd follow up appointment w/ my ENT on Thursday. The 2 hearing tests at this point show loss of low frequency and voices sound high pitched in the right ear. Should I be going to a specialist? I suggested that I had water in my inner ear but, the doctor will not agree.

I need a list of pros and cons of a stretch and sweep/sweeping the membranes. I have an appointment tomorrow and I've been having early labor type contractions for days now. I think emotionally i wouldn't be able to handle the natural route, but tryin to prepare myself in the case that it does happen between now and monday. guess i'll have to wait and see what this weekend brings and see the OB on monday afternoon. It does take a lot of dedication though! Pros out weigh the cons for sure! I tried with my daughter and was not successful only bc i waited till i left hospital to try so she already got use to the bottle. Def going to start as soon as this baby pops out this time!! d probably be balanced and in a better place now. I would not of spent so much money and time going from Endo to Endo only to end up where I am now. My antibodies are almost gone. I can play wrestle with my daughter now without the pain....

I was dumb enough to try ear candling even though studies show it doesn't do what is intended. People swear it helps them and I had been having congested ears. Long story short hot wax from the candle dripped into my ear and now I am in pain. This morning a piece of "candle" wax came out of my ear but I am almost certain there is more in there. My hearing is muffled and when i move my head while sleeping the crackling wakes me up. Any advice or solutions?

If you know you can do it without the epidural then I'd suggest you not getting it i had a csection and didnt have a choice now my back bothers me in the spot where they stuck the needle in it feels like a tooth ache and it took them several times and 2 anesthesiology to get it in the right spot which was the worst part of the whole thing

We tried Ritalin and Concerta and one created a zombie and the other a sleepless child who was very angry all the time. We have been using Stratera for almost two years and we think it's just wonderful. My son his seeing the doc everything 3 months, but that medication does not stop his growth, he is not a zombie, he is still a clown and he loves to tease and joke around. It is one pill a day and we noticed the effects to last for + - 12 hrs.

I'm currently taking Symlin. Has lots of pros and cons...first, I've lost about 15 pounds and have gone from 110 units of insulin (using a pump) daily to about 70 or 75. Makes you so unbelievably nauseaus you can't eat, so losing weight isn't really a problem. Certain foods still make you so sick you pray for death even after you've adjusted to the medicine. If you don't take it when you eat a meal...for me, it's an immediate BS of 400, no matter what I eat...
