m 36 years old - good health and had sudden onset vertigo/slight hearing loss/pressure in one ear. I went to the doctor immediately and was given prednisone (steroid). The vertigo has gone away almost completely but, the hearing loss has remained. I had a MRI check and several blood tests that checked out completely normal. The doctor suggested I have Labrythintitis. It has been almost 4 weeks and the hearing is still about 75%.
I was dumb enough to try ear candling even though studies show it doesn't do what is intended. People swear it helps them and I had been having congested ears. Long story short hot wax from the candle dripped into my ear and now I am in pain. This morning a piece of "candle" wax came out of my ear but I am almost certain there is more in there. My hearing is muffled and when i move my head while sleeping the crackling wakes me up. Any advice or solutions?
On Monday morning I woke with an ear infection. I went to the doctor right away and was given Otic Edge, told to continue an antibiotic I was already on, to call if it wasn't felling better in a couple of days, and to schedule a recheck for a week later. Thursday, my ear still felt plugged, I was getting sharp pains, and ringing so I went back to the doctor. He said that there is alot of drainage in there and it kinda looked like swimmer's ear.
Stockpile diapers and wipes! And any other store goods you don't want to run to the store for a lot (TP, body wash, etc).
Just wanted to know about accuracy about hiv rapid testing kit and whether they are FDA approved. Also I was looking for one to buy, but all I found was the one that you take the blood sample and send to the lab and get your results with 3 days. But I am looking for the one that you take the blood sample and get your results with 15 minutes. If anybody knows the link to purchase that particular kit I would really appericate.

a couple of my second time mom friends have used it and fell in love where they had to go buy their own... i use it lots for my breast pump, and suckies and nipples and lids to my platex bottles but its far too convienant and you dont have to boil water or keep an eye on it.... add water and pop in the microwave and your done!
