Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace.
Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.
I walked to the library without stopping and back (with a bathroom break and grabbed a couple of books inbetween) with the walker. I wasn't able to do it without stopping a lot 2 weeks ago. Yahoo. Oh and I started PT exercises on Thursday. It went well. I'm still working on getting off the walker.
Its always a possibility to be pregnant if there was no form of prevention used, i would say your chance are slim because most women dont ovulate on the day they start their period. I would wait and see if your period comes next month.
I am recovering from a 240mg a day roxicodone 30mg 8x a day for a little over 2 years. I did a fast taper last weekend I had 150 sat. Then 90 Sun and 30 on Mon was my last. I still have RLS and haven't slept hardly but my biggest issue today is whenever I try to be active my heart rate and breathing is like I just finished 10 mile run. But all in all I am at peace and basically starting to tell the worst is now coming to a end.
I have know some woman who need IUI or a HSG later to see if the tube is open or if the husband has slow swimmers and he does this for free. He does ask for a charge, well the hospital does and it is at a set price for his patients only for $90. You will not find a better dr or hospital or staff to work with!
Hard to say what exactly is going on. What are the symptoms beyond sweaty palms and dizziness? Does your heart beat fast or irregular? Do you have trouble breathing? It could be a hormone fluctuation or could be a blood sugar issue or it could be related to the heart but odds are the heart is being affected by your cycle and approaching menopause. I would see a doctor for a check up.
I suggest writing down your questions from now until your appt. because the appt seems to go so very fast. Also, if you can, take someone with you to take notes. Congrats!!
Hi..I work in the lab at the hospital. I must preface this by explaining a little. We have a machine that runs our antibody screens for our crossmatches. Basically the steps are as follows: Serum is injected in wells on a tray (the wells are also filled with red cells of known antigenicity), a potentiator is added and incubates at 37 degrees for 10-15 minutes, the trays are then washed with saline 3x, then anti-human globulin is added and this is centrifuged.....
wondering if any of you have tried putting the primrose oil capsules up you? I've tried everything to induce labor sex spicy food pineapple exercise you name it I've done it. My last attempt is here. I've read online you poke a hole in the capsule and put about four of them high up near your cervix. Usually with inducing techniques someone says it didn't work for them but with primrose oil it works for everyone that I've seen. I'm lying in bed with two in me right now.
