t know. when i went in they switched me off of the yasmin and onto levora so it would be cheaper. but i never had problems with yasmin anyways. but after taking the levora i started getting anxiety not anxiety attacks but just high anxiety all the time everyday till now. i don't know if it was the levora or if it was the sinus thing because i remember feeling sort of like this the day we went to pick the levora for the first time. does anyone have any answers for me.
I have been on levora birth control for four months now and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex two days in a row and he finished inside of me, we usually don't do that. However, now I'm getting nervous because I hear that levora is a low dose pill and they are easy to get pregnant on.. I usually take it at 8 am sometimes I'm an hour late but usually I always take it at 8. I'm on the third week of my pack so I should be starting my period next week.

I am not ready for a hysterectomy/ooverectomy yet.
So I took Levora from the age of like 14 through 26 (I went off of it around age 23 and got pregnant shortly after so I didn't get back on it until I stopped breastfeeding). I started getting my period very young (age 9) and I don't recall them being too irregular. Normally they'd be about 28 - 32 days in between periods. So a little irregular but still not too irregular. They were also always very heavy and painful, hence why my mother opted to put me on Levora.
I've been on combination birth control for about 5 months now (first Levora, then switched to Portia 2 months in), and I've had breakthrough periods before. In the past, they were like my regular periods: lighter, but similar general consistency and flow so I would have to wear a pad. Recently, I've noticed that when I wipe, there's been light traces of blood which I thought was just my breakthrough period.
so for the past 6 months i've been on levora, a birth control. the past couple of months i've been having aches on my right side, i'm pretty sure it's my ovary (and no i do not think it's ovulatin, those aches last only a day). these aches are on and off the whole month.i had my withdrawal bleed about 2 and a half weeks ago so i doubt i'm pregnant. i'm very good at taking the pill as well. i've been with my.

not yasmine so i tried it for a few months. it was horrible. I become very depressed and moody, gained weight, had bad acne, and become very paranoid. I switched to levora which i've been on ever since ( 3yrs). My symptoms all went away once i stopped taking Yaz. I'm not sure if it would take 4 months of your hormones to regulate...or if Yaz could forever damage your hormones. I am not a doctor so i can't tell you whether or not that is normal or common....
about. However I was curious if this could also cause acne? I never was one to get acne on my face nor front side though I did on my rear as well as my back. Since my issue began I have noticed that I am getting alot of pimples on my face, neck, chest & shoulders. Could my other issue cause this? I am not on any medication nor have I changed soaps.

Always check with your doctor if you have any issues. I can't say it any better. But I wouldn't worry about being in the car or opening the blinds. I personally, and this is just me, if I really loved the sun, would find a different way to deal with my acne assuming you haven't exhausted all other avenues of doing that. When I was young, doctors used to give us tetracycline for acne, which also caused sun sensitivity. Of course, they never told us that.
is she oily? to much skin oils being let out of the skin cause acne, to avoid that sometimes its best to stay away from foods that cause tyhe skin to release oil like fish, the omega3 does it. other people have dry flakey skin cause they dont get their bodies to produce enough oils, in that case just buy some omega3 pills at the pharmacy. taste like vanilla, pills kinda big need to be taken with food, but no side affects..
I'm taking birth control pills since yesterday. My doctor didn't ask me to take a pregnancy test because I was sure I wasn't. But this morning I threw up and I feel nausea. I started oral birth control 20 days ago (levora I think its called). My husband and I had unprotected sex abt 2 weeks before that and my period ended on the same day I started taking the pills. Since then we usually use condoms but a few times haven't. I heard its not uncommon for a woman to miss her period the 1st month on these pills. I've been cramping sorta and have a lot of back pain these last 4 weeks. ( I started on my peach pills Sunday).
