Hi All, I seem to have developed some kind of heat or sun rash that i experience every time i go overseas. It normally appears within 15 minutes of exposure to sun. I've tried all different types of sunscreens that are meant to be very friendly with no luck. Once it's appeared pretty much nothing will calm it down including air con, antihystamines or steroid creams (which i don't like using).
If it does, then continue it until the rash disappears completely and a week after that too. If it does not, then try an anti-allergic OTC preparation. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please consult a skin specialist. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Now I am on week six of this and it is still there, redish to sometimes brown looking rash, heat and moisture sensitive all on testicles, at one point it may have spread to the head of my penis but that could have just been irritation from the powder and creams. As long as I keep lightly powdered and dry I do not have any more itching, but I think the powder may be irritating the tip of my penis and even my urethra as I have felt like I have a UTI for the last day or so.
My son is 19 months old and VERY active. About 2-3 weeks ago he ran a temp that got as high as 104 at point. He only ran it when he woke up in the morning and from his naps and I would give him Motrin and he would be fine. Never slowed him down and he still ate & drank like normal. He was fine for a week or so and last week had a runny nose and cough and now he has developed a rash of some sort. I noticed it yesterday when I changed his diaper and it was on his chest, tummy and back.
Ok something else I don't understand is I don't experience itching with my jock itch. Just heat from the rash. Is this normal?
Will rubbing alcohol eventually remove the rash?
when the rash first appeared it was a very small area, about the size of a half dollar and did not itch or hurt and was very light like a heat rash. It wasn't untill I started treating it that it spread and now sometimes itches and blisters.
doing a speech in class or talking to my crush back in 8th grade or just feeling flustered) I also noticed I would get it when I would take showers. But when I took showers the rash would spread all over my body (legs, feet, torso, back, arms, chest) I can't go in hot tubs either since it is embarrassing to get the rash.
Then in 2013 my rash would develop whenever I was outside in the direct sunlight where ever the heat from the rays hit l would get the rash.
i m from india. My next question is does a syphilis rash that appears on the chest spread to other parts also? coz i hd once i would call a heat rash(eating pork sausages in a small portion for almost a month) w/o any fever,pain,malaise etc. my physician prescribed some medication n the rash disappeared in a day.....so can someone tell me what always accompanies the syphilictic chest rash? thnks in advance!
A few days later the dots had morphed into spots and started to spread. (Looks EXACTLY like a heat rash now) The rash started to spread to my back, upper and lower arms, upper and lower legs, foot soles and my bottom. I do not have the rash on my hands/palms, armpits, neck, throat, shoulders or face. The rash is flat, no bumps it is completely under the skin it does NOT itch and it is not painful.. I am not sick at all.
Very recently I started having irritation in my vagina and a slight discharge and it was a bit itchy. When I went to shower I noticed there were bumps but I couldn't see all of them...they were mostly inside my labia and I didn't really seem to feel any of these bumps in my right lip until tonight. Quite possibly they were spread? I was messing with them and trying to pop them but not sure if anything came out.
In the next week or two it spreads to either my right collar bone, middle of my upper chest, or both. I assume its a heat rash based on my Google searching. This rash comes like once every 2 months
It goes from barely not being noticeable to being wide spread and red. Only things ive done to try and get rid of it is use Cortisone cream (with Aloe) and wash the spots with Dove soap and let it air dry.
I'm from California n this 90-100ยค weather is giving me a heat rash it's down my thighs and ice packs help...anyone else get rashes?
Well no, but I was w/ someone who had what I think we warts and it was dark and I rimmed him for a second, but those went away quickly and I continued to rim him therafter, but there may have been one left. I also believe there was one on hiss "butt-cheek" and another one grew in a couple of weeks later. My penis did rub on these two w/o a condom on.
Have you ruled out heat rash??? I don't know how itchy it is but heat rash involves blocked sweat glands and it can definately form into a raised rash. Another possibility is discoid eczema. Unexplained dermatitis is a real thing as well. I have 'something' going on with one of my fingers. It will flair up into an itchy, very small raised rash, and then I scratch and the skin gets shiny and it peals. It does this a couple of times a year and is ONLY on my pinkie. ?????
