ve decided to separate n live in separate rooms if anything u r not together anymore n I do believe that u should file for divorce n move in with ur new bf he now needs to step up n be a man n take care of u n this baby on the way n with ur children work out a custody agreement, assets between u n ex I honestly think it will out it may not be an ideal road n seem scary n hard but at least it's right n u can be happy it's 7 yrs how much longer r u willing to live unhappily for???

@lysumm yes my in laws are from mexico but girl these in laws are way to much. Some in laws are just to sweet and nice. But my mil is another story lol.

The thing is hes in mexico thats where we got married he choose not to come back becuz our only child we have together was born with a birth defect and he said he didnt want a sick kid but i will def talk to a lawyer and thanks alot becuz i feel i shouldhave had my divorce along time ago but he said i had to pay for it

My husband kicked me out yesterday. He said he wants a divorce because he doesnt love me anymore. This is all so sudden, and a shock to me, because i thought we had a great marriage. The United States has a very specific series of laws based on constitutional principles and I do not believe the laws of Mexico to be within that standard so I would strongly disagree with that aspect. Every country should make legal decisions of its own and not be subject to other countries' specific legislature and regulations.

In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

We live in SC and the divorce laws are sticky here. I am not sure how much a divorce will cost me or how I will deal with life being "single." The guy I am in a relationship with is in the army. Well my in laws are from Mexico and I'm mixed so theres no "spanish" connection. Anyhoo well my MIL is nice and all but I don't like her...we have few words. And as for the child I'm carrying it will not be staying at her considering that she told me "oh you can feed your baby fried chicken at 4 months" and I'm just like (in my head of course) b**** no you can not,are you insane.?!

I never paid more than 20 dollars a carton......I would smuggle them over the Mexico border. Shhhhhhhh, and they were not the double rolled crapola one's we have in the U.S....... I know you can probably buy them online but, I don't know how much cheaper they would be.......can i say that?....... Again. If you have the chantix......give it a try !!! Good luck nauty..........
