US report states: "no significant change in complex 6mm nodule in medial aspect of mid to lower right thyroid lobe and a complex 11 mm nodule in the medial aspect of the right thyroid lobe at junction with isthmus. Took one dose of Diflucan - ended in ER feeling very ill with temp. Given Cipro. Next day, acute swollen, difuse lympadenopathy, fever, joint swelling. Continued Cipro for five days. Extreme fatigue followed, tremor, muscle weakness, perheral neuropathies. Fatigu sever, brfeathing difficult: all PFT normal. Elevagted histamine in urine 3x normal amount. Starting antihistamines and H1 and H2 blockers. Possible Mast cell activation disorder?
This time with muscle achiness, fever, headache and swollen lymph nodes and stiff neck. I was looking at the symptoms of valley fever and it looks close. I took antibiotics the week before for Christmas for a sinus infection and had to take diflucan because I thought I was developing a yeast infection on the antibiotics. I started feeling better and then last week I started itching agajn and noticed red bumps appearing on my Labia and they started to become a little tender. I did two more rounds of diflucan this past week. I even had a full STD panel done and it was all negative. I had the same panel done in Sept and the numbers are the same.
