59 y.o. female with multiple nodules on routine US. Found in 2009 on routine US - Dr. didn't tell me there was a problem in 2009.
US report states: "no significant change in complex 6mm nodule in medial aspect of mid to lower right thyroid lobe and a complex 11 mm nodule in the medial aspect of the right thyroid lobe at junction with isthmus. Also stable appearance of multiple tiny hypoechoic foci measuring up to 4 mm in the left thyroid lobe suggestive of complex cysts.

Me too I was put on Diflucan and started bleeding three days after even though my period is not due for another week or so. The bleeding was light for the first week and very heavy for the last two weeks. I went to see an OBGYN and she took a simple and blood work...I have very painful and tender womb now still bleeding and awaiting the lab results. Please any advice is greatly appreciated.
My16 year old daughter has been running fever for 9 weeks, she also has extreme fatigue, headaches, night sweats, and muscle weakness (difficulty going down the stairs). We will take him for thoracentesis today to see if they can reduce the difficulty he has breathing and they will test the fluid to narrow the diagnosis down. I have never heard of this or treated a yeast infection with diflucan like this before and am starting to think this doctor I saw was a quack/slave to drug company kind of doctor. Has anyone ever been prescribed diflucan this way?
