Try to eat healthy foods, it is a great lifestyle choice. If I could go back to my
teenage years I would make a choice to stay on the South Beach
Diet for life. Don't think of it as a diet, it really is just making more balanced healthy nutrition choices.
I was 5'4 5'5 in high school and 130 pounds. 150 by the time I graduated college. 170 being married for a few years. 200 after kids and am now a very unhealthy 220. Over your lifetime your weight can creep up on you.
