I used paracetamol and diclofenac as painrelievers.Could they be the causes of my headaches?My homeplace is a cold place but last december I moved to where I am now and the sun is scorching hot.can this be the cause?and if so,why has it taken two months since i moved in for me to fill the effects?lastly,can the omeprazole drugs help stop my epidermal pains or what other drugs should i use for this?Thanks again in advance.

The words acetaminophen (used in the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Iran and paracetamol (used elsewhere) both come from a chemical name for the compound: para-acetylaminophenol and para-acetylaminophenol. s given me some extra pain killers and told me to take the following. 8x paracetamol, 3x diclofenac, 4-8 codeine a day. This should keep the pain to minimal whilst she looks over the last results.
Other than that, no idea what is causing it, but as it has been 4.5 weeks, they want to get to the bottom of it.
Pain has peaked twice in the 7 weeks, resulting in taking more pain killers. (paracetamol, codeine + diclofenac) however codeine has now been reduced and coping well. Pain moved round to the front (right side) into my groin (also shooting down my right leg). It has been a dull ache on occasions as well as sharp/stabbing pains.
It is now mainly on my right side lower abdomen.
Appendix has also been ruled out. CT scan also confirmed no kidney stones.

There are other NSAIDS other than diclofenac that can be used in the treatment of gout. These include indomethacin and naproxen. Even paracetamol (acetaminophen) can provide pain relief in a gout attack.
If your father has been prescribed a medication called dutasteride for treatment of the BPH, it is possible that the diclofenac was interacting with it and leading to his problems with urination.
She has gradually moved from Paracetamol and Ibuprofen to Co-Codemol and Diclofenac Sodium, and most recenly to Dihydrocodeine 30mg. She hates taking medicine, but has been on this stuff around the clock since the injury; yet the headaches occasionaly 'burn through' the medicine. Yes, I do use this medication, however my RA doc has me make it up into a cream and use it topically instead of swallowing them and risking stomach and intestinal damage. Diclofenac is a rather old, but good good antinflamatory NSAID medication that really can ruin your stomach which is why they don't prescribe it much anymore.
I know it may sound strange but it works really well.
Question. I have started taking Diclofenac 75mg x's 2 a day to try and see if a non narcotic medication may give me some relief long term with my rib pain. I have taken it for 2 weeks and at first I didn't think it was helping at all. Now I think 1 of 2 things either A) it's starting to build up in my system and is helping better or B) My ribs just happen to feel a bit better lately.
i have taken diclofenac for over 20 years with no side effects i have had to come off the tablets 75mg x twice day 4 days ago as I am showing some drying of kidneys from another mediation to ensure it is that one i have come off anything whih might affect me.
Wait until symptoms get more worse or fever spikes high.Till then OTC medications like Paracetamol or Diclofenac could help you with head ache and fever.
Wow I've never seen Paracetamol mentioned on here, it's always Tylenol lol. I'm from the UK and its all I take. Paracetamol is safe in pregnancy but they do advise to take the minimal effective dose and for the shortest time.
I think I need the strong stuff like diclofenac and B12 and b6. There is a pills called OKA B that I use to take when having muscle pain and it took pains away. But I've heard that diclofenac is not good to take during tx. Has anyone taken diclofenac during tx or is it too bad for the liver.

I've not got a diagnosis for my pain, however it is concurrent with symptoms for osteoarthritis. As I've been suffering with pain in my knees, hips, lower back and knuckles for 12 years now I'm not holding out on a diagnosis anytime soon, more so because I know how much the medical comminity seem to despise diagnosing osteoarthritis in anyone below 50, I'm 30 so another 20 years to go before acknowledgement of OA will be given!
