I don't swallow pills, so I found some yummy prenatal gummies at walmart..
it's going to look funny when I spell it out b/c sometimes they block out the names of brands & stuff, but it's called "S p r i n g V a l l e y" -- they have DHA & Folic Acid, so unless you have a deficiency this should be all you need (take 2 a day). they have like a sugary coating on the outside & they taste like candy. they don't make me sick at all either..

I have read a number of threads which are saying that fish oil with high levels of EPA and DHA can help to reverse liver fibrosis if there is no further liver injury occuring. Is this correct?
I have found locally a fish oil liquid that has 968 mg of EPA and 878 mg of DHA per 10ml serving. Would this be enough because it recommends only 10 ml per day?
By the way it also states on the box that a) it is made to Pharma GMP standards and b) it uses opti-pure purification process.
EPA and DHA. The best source for both is fish oil. Aim for 1,000-3,000 mg total DHA and EPA. That's three to nine capsules a day of most brands.
Take 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate and 1,200 mg of chondroitin a day.
Take 500-1,500 mg of MSM per day. Also take Take 400 to 800 mg a day
of Sam-e. A product from New Chapter called Zyflamend, contains rosemary, curcumin, and ginger that are anti-inflammatories.
Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?
Should be 8 weeks but having a threathened Micarriage along with high blood sugar and high blood pressure and have read online that B-Vitamins, Vitamin E and Vitamin C can help lower blood pressure. My question is are the following safe to take every day or every other day during pregnancy:

My mom (60 years of age) recently had cataract removal surgery in both her eyes from a well known hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The surgery was phacoemulsification process and hardly took 5 min .Both the procedures were done with a gap of 1 week. The left eye seems to have recovered okay, but its the right eye which is casuing some probels. Its been more than 6 weeks now. She has no sign of infection, redness/swelling/pain etc.

Does it work? I can't find literature about its effectiveness, or reviews. I currently supplement with natural Carlson's fish oil with enhanced DHA and EPA (15 grams daily), megadose vitamin E, and megadose glucosamine+chondroitin+MSM daily for anti inflammatory effects for my joint and tendon problems. I am looking to treat trauma of the brachial tendon to treat pain during bicep workouts by using a glucosamine cream.
