Hey all, I was just wonder if any of u knew anything bout renting to own on houses? How does it work? And is it better to just get a loan?

The teachers in S.F. whom I am still in contact with have roommates to make the rent and truly pinch pennies.

Me and my hubby both have evictions on our record .. and we found some nice decently cheap houses for rent on Craigslist ... I tryed realtor but they check your credit on most the places on there ...

It seems these days I'm more and more forgetful. Important things just slip my mind like paying bills. I'm usually good at paying my bills on time or at least I would remember last min. I don't know what's wrong with me. I payed rent late this month and completely forgot to pay my water bill so it got shut off. Im wondering if its this pregnancy brain that's causing this.

We made gingerbread houses with graham crackers and icing and my house fell down. We got it back up but its ugly!! :(so now im crying because my gingerbread house *****!

t think Iam in the right mental state to be able to handle the houses responsibilities right now, so that means I wld have to go to my mothers where my little sis is an active alcoholic and her friend is also who lives there with her, I just don't know what' the right choice is for me. I live in a deed restricted area. Two houses to my left and one to my right and on across the street. This is just immediately around me. You drive thru the area and it would seem that one out of 5 homes are sitting vacant. In my state you sign up through the welfare office. And I know there is a very long waiting list. And they hold a "lottery" to even get on that waiting list. I don't know the exact details.. (I don't use it) but you live in approved houses/complexes and they allot you so much per rent.

It is!! And whats even better is our rent (it will be rent to own through hubbys boss) is only going to be 400 a month instead of 600! (Jan 1 our rent for this place increases to 600 a month) and the new place is bigger!!

Dear Doctor, My mom (60 years of age) recently had cataract removal surgery in both her eyes from a well known hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The surgery was phacoemulsification process and hardly took 5 min .Both the procedures were done with a gap of 1 week. The left eye seems to have recovered okay, but its the right eye which is casuing some probels. Its been more than 6 weeks now. She has no sign of infection, redness/swelling/pain etc.

I'm a new mother whose about 12 weeks along. I'm a bit concerned because for the last 2 years, I've been jumping around houses for places to live. And currently I live with a family I know and care for dearly, but I sleep on a couch in their living room with the father of my child. Then my family wont be getting together until Jan 2nd, I have a large family I am the youngest of eight so none of our houses are large enought, we rent a cabin a huge cabin for holidays it has several bathrooms, and a full size kitchen and tables and chairs, two fire places and there is a ton of room. So its very nice and its fairly cheap to rent too. Its alot better than crowding in someones small house.
