Now since 2 weeks I also have mucus in my stool and I get very worried. I also take thyroid medication for Hashimoto and Desogestrel all the time for the Endometriosis. It would be great if anyone could help me. I went by the doctor already though they tell me to just eat healthy, which I do since 7 years now.
i started use Desogestrel in december at start when my period came was all fine period was gone after 4 days. january 4th started some lil bleeding and spotting and didnt stopped ever since. like 3 weeks ago i went to my doctor she said lets change to Slynd . but i am still spotting sometimes more sometimes less. my question is if i take a 1 week brake and resume taking pills will stop the spotting ?
I am 29 yrs old, average weight, in fair health, have never been pregnant, and started my period at age 11. I have never been diagnosed with PCOS, STD, or endometriosis, but I have had A LOT of miscellaneous reproductive organ related issues and lots of migraines.
Three months ago I was switched by my OBGYN to the oral contraceptive pill Loestrin ( a combination of norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol).
How long ago was this? Go to ste store and get a test, or find a friend to get you one if you are embarressed. But just remember they only work about five days before your period...And its okay to be scared, I've been scared several times...but hopefully you are not pregnant, you are too young. hi, i am taking ethinylestradiol/desogestrel richter 0.02 mg/0.15 mg, and i was supposed to start my 7 day pill free yesterday, but i forgot to, instead i started with my next strip of pill yesterday.. what should i suppose to do? should i stop taking the pill for the next 6 days and i will have my period in days or should i continue taking the pill for another 20 days?
Medications
I take Zyrtec D almost every day and a Benedryl about every other night. These take the burning and itching sensations away but do absolutely nothing for the pain.
Sometimes when the hives refuse to go away I take a steroid for five days. This does nothing for the pain but helps the appearance. Topical steroids seem to have no effect.

I have been taking a low dose of the generic version of Ativan for anxiety as of about 8 months ago.

or combined oral contraceptive pill which contains two active ingredients, ethinylestradiol and desogestrel. It is used for regularizing the irregular periods.
In your case, since you had 3 abortions, so any adhesion formation causing difficulty in conceiving should also be explored and in this exploratory laparascopy is very helpful.

I have been placed on the BCP Apri (ethinyl estradiol/desogestrel) for the past 3 months and instructed to take only the active pills/skipping the inactive, this way I will not have a menstrual cycle to aid in alleviating the pain. So far, the pain has subsided, I am no longer experiencing pain at a 10 but more so on a 1.
How much weight have u ladies gained and ho far along are you ?
If you are wanting to loose weight rather than build more muslce I would drop down on the weight you are lifting for your strength training and do more repetitions that way you are still working your muscle but not bulking up so much.
Cardio helps maintain your weight so I would recommend more strenth training than cardio but if you are worried about running building up your leg muscles you could do your cardio on an elliptical machine or a stationary bike.

My husband is a very big 66 year old man, but very overweight, and NOTHING he does makes him loose weight. He is diabetic as well. He consumes less food than I do a day, and I am not overweight. I believe this could be metabolism somehow, but, doctors have checked thyroid. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated. No one can seem to be able to help him.
I have stopped taking it a about 3 weeks ago, maybe longer and noticed that I have a hard time gaining weight now. I have had bad anxiety and depression as well recently which may have caused my appetite to go down drastically but when it comes back I start to eat a lot and it doesn't seem like I can gain weight like I used too.
