I have been to every eye specialist in the past year, including Eye Surgeon, Ophthamologist, and Neurological specialists. The only diagnosis is possible blepharitis. I can describe the symptom being like when your eyes are dialated with drops before an eye exam, except that they are like that most of the time. I have blurry vision. It depends on whether the cyst is on the skin or inside the testicles. If it is on the skin then it can be a sebaceous cyst and small punch biopsy or wide excision may be used to treat it. If it is inside the testicle then it can be a spermatocele. Spermatocele is a retention cyst of a tubule and is benign in nature. Usually they are left as such if not causing any symptom, but if they are causing pain, then they have to be removed.

It was mostly an achy dull type of pain that came and went. Once in awhile it would be stabbing in nature. The pains did get better over time, it took awhile though...I believe it was a few months before they were totally gone.
I think it is wise that the nurse is checking your PFT's to make sure that your lung function is intact.

The bad smell you describe does sound like there is some infection going on in there. Whatever the actual nature of that lump I can't say, but bad infection does cause a stink. If so, what were the test results and reference ranges on the lab report? If you can look in the mirror and tell yourself that the weight issue goes beyond any diet and exercise issues, then perhaps you need to go for thyroid tests and insist that they go beyond the usual TSH test and also test for the actual, biologically active thyroid hormones, FT3 and FT4 (not total T3 and total T4).
