re not on any medications, you can take anything; if you are on medication, you have to be more careful since many natural remedies
can intensify medication. I mention this a lot, but there's a good book on the subject by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist at UCLA, called Natural Highs. It will pretty much cover the field for you. Then, see a naturopath or herbalist and start a program, and if it doesn't work, keep working with it until it does or you give up.
