Im 13 (going to be 14 in 2months if that makes any sense) and im having dandruff for almost a year. I have tryed a lot of shampoos that say im going to get rid of dandruff but that doesnt help. Before it was a lot more ,i think now its a little bit less but still there. I really hate that. Does anybody now some good ways how to get rid of dandruff ??

but no good, there are still a massive amount of dust in my hair. What sort of illness is this? how can i get rid of it? i really want this gone, its been 4 years of this and i cant take it any longer. even if i am at home there are still dust in my hair, so the pollution cant be blamed i guess? please give me an answer or a solution. im so sick of this...

I remember when I was little I had a cream for some scabs on my scalp for a while. I think it was incase it was ezcema. My mum has psoriasis and she thought it might be that. It never bothered me until a few years ago, when scabs came back. They are mostly light, and flakey, so flakes come off like dandruff. The article is great and i think that malassezia is the thing that gives you dandruff. If you want to get rid of malassezia then you can use anti-dandruff shampoo with anti fungal properties.

So I know pregnancy causes dry skin. Today I just noticed I have dandruff :( and my lips are chapped and they never are :( did y'all experience this?

My daughter (who is 15) has has redness around her nose since late December. It started off just barely noticeable, but now it goes out an inch from her nose. It is a little oily, it feels kind of bumpy, at first she tried Vaseline, and that kept it from spreading and flaking, but she stopped using that. She is now using Johnson's soothing naturals and it's not helping much either. I don't want to have to wait to get her into the dermatologist.

Lol cradle cap is dandruff on an infant use olive oil and a comb for a couple of days to get rid of it. Baby oil works too but olive oil is better.

Hi, wondering if anyone has an answer for me. I used to get dandruff on and off and I used head & shoulders or others like it and it worked fine. This winter, however, my scalp has gotten extremly dry and itchy and flaky, and sore from all the scratching. I tried a bunch of more heavy duty OTC shampoos for dandruff, but none worked. I used an essential oils scalp massage and that worked for a bit. Now it is out of control and driving me crazy.

I have ocassional muscle twitches in all muscles. I also have some numbness in my right forearm and my left leg. im not sure i'd call it a weakness because I am still very active and lift weights at the ymca. I have noticed these symtoms off and on since summer 07. Little history about me. I have had some accidents that could have caused some spinal issues.
