I have been taking 1 mg of xanax for 3 weeks and before that it was about twice a week as needed. I was having such anxiety and sleep issues rhemy said to take it every day. Among the drugs you are taking Cymbalta causes memory loss, Pamelor, cyclobenzaprine, nortriptyline, hydrocodone and promethazine cause confusion, Tramadol causes hallucination and together all these drugs can affect your memory. I was in a car accident March 20th, 2009. I was put on cyclobenzaprine and naproxen for 3 months by my doctor to treat whiplash from mid back to neck. At that time I had a severe reaction to naproxen and developed severe ankle to hip pain. Then my doctor put me on tramadol with cyclobenzaprine. I was still experiencing shots of pain down my arms About a month later, so my doctor had me get a MRI of my neck.

I am supposed to take another 300mg in the morning. I took the 600mg at like 9 pm. It is now almost 3am so I took 20 mg of cyclobenzaprine and the am dose of gabapentin. Is this safe? Like I said I am new to these meds and want to make sure I am not overdoing it.

The dr. just prescribed cyclobenzaprine 10 mg. tablets.... I took 1 ...did not feel like it was doing anything.....my shoulders were still arched up to my ears...(i think i also have a pinched nerve in my shoulder so my shoulders are always up)...... so about 2 1/2 hours later i took one more............ugh.......it sent the pain into high gear....seems like it aggravated my back......because...i was having pains all over my back in spots.....even in the lower back.....on the muscle parts....

CAn I take these two together? I'm on an EXTREME taper on the hydro's and wanted to see if they were ok to take together so I can get some freakin sleep at night!

I did some research and the use together and cannot a contraindication of taking toe two together. Often a physician will order a NSAID and a narcotic but usually they do not add acetaminophen with the narcotic. So I will end this would please call a pharmacist. They can best advise you in this area. Etodolac has a longer life than Vicodin and it take time to build up in your system. I hope Vicodin will help relieve your pain. Best of luck to you. I dont post much (read a lot though)...a little over 3 weeks clean (again, LOL)... My right shoulder has been killing me the last 2-3 weeks, and this weekend, seems to have gotten worse; Doc said on Fri, most likely muscular...went through the weekend with Tylenol and today, pain is even worse. Hi. I am wanting to quit taking Cyclobenzaprine. I took 20mg a day off and on, like twice a week for 2 years, and then started taking the 20 mg every day for the last 13 years. You are right, certain medications particularly muscle relaxants and antichlinergics, interfere with the results of EMG like baclofen and flexeril or cyclobenzaprine that you are taking. It would be prudent to apprise your neurologist of all the medications you are on, so that the EMG results are appreciated in that light. Muscle biopsy can be taken up after an EMG. Consult your neurologist for his preferences and expertise. Take care.

Taken alone is makes you feel relaxed, rarely any euphoria, and very drowsy, but in combination with opiates it adds to the euphoria fealt from opiates and sedative sides effects. Taking soma and vicodin make it feel similiar in strnegth to taking oxycodone, which is stronger. It does have some analgesia effects on the body with its use.

I can live with knowing i will physically detox 3-5 days... my question though- I have major crying spells and feel really really hopeless and depressed when detoxing, and this is the main reason i begin taking them again. Will these feelings subside along with the few days of physically detoxing?

I started the prescription regimen that day. Two days later, I began to lose hearing in my right ear. It felt as though it was "full" of water or wax or the like. I visited a different clinic (as I was in another city) and they prescribed me a steroid and informed me that my eardrum had filled with fluid.

Taking methadone and Vicodin together or taking methadone and heroin together is not "fine". Not sure where you got that information or why you're asking?
