So far as I know, Boehringer Ingelheim, has not applied for FDA approval for Faldaprevir. It's my understanding of last week's presentations at EASL that Boehringer Ingelheim reported that their Phase 3 trial results indicated 79% and 80% SVR12 rate with Faldaprevir combined with both Interferon and Ribavirin. This phase 3 trial was a double blind, placebo controlled phase 3 trial. So far ask I know, these results were reported with regard to treatment naive G1s.

Ive searched the internet for a source for METAPROTERENOL SULFATE SOLUTION and Ive sent emails to 3M, Boehringer Ingelheim, DEY, Graceway Pharmaceuticals, MORTON GROVE, Novartis. Novex, Par Pharm, Roxio, Sandoz and Watson Labs with no results. Somebody still has to be manufacturing it somewhere but nobody will say who.

Since completing triple tx with a study drug from Boehringer Ingelheim and relapsing I have been attempting to get back to and maintain relative good health. I am a genotype 1a infected for 38 years so my symptoms are slowly getting worse and I also suffered from many severe tx side effects, the worst being joint/muscle pain, fatigue and brain fog. I try to remain active by walking the dog daily and going to the pool to float around. I take supplements & vitamins and try to eat healthy.

I vaccinated 8 puppies with the new Solo Jec 5 Plus, manufactured by Boehringer-Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc., all of which developed parvo and died. Then it spread to 7 more puppies that were too young to vaccinate, and I lost them as well. My vet tested with the Idexx Snap Parvo test and it was positive for parvo. I had other puppies that were vaccinated with another vaccine, that are fine and did not develop parvo, so I know it was this particular vaccine.

MedHelp was a lifesaver for me with all the knowledge, wisdom, humor, experience and sympathy. If it is any of them I think you'll be in Phase 1 which may not produce a cure but could produce a resistant virii if one doesn't SVR. Find out which compound, which company what phase and see if you can find trial info.

Dear All, My son is three years old, sometimes he has a constant cough and I use for him 1ml combivent and 1ml pulmicort in the nublizer, these days combivent is out of stock, can i use pulmicort alone and what is the recommended dosage. Please advise.

I have been using Combivent for about a month together with Asmanex to treat my cough-variant asthma and have had pretty good results. However, the first inhalation of Combivent always triggers a major coughing spell (sometimes it's so severe I almost vomit or my ribs hurt). Are there other bronchodilators that might be easier to inhale and still be effective? Or would using a nebulizer help? I've heard there can be adverse side effects with a nebulizer.

Does anyone know if an inhaler ( I use combivent) can aggravte PACS and PVCS? I had breakfast this morning and then used my inhalers and my heart started doing some weird pvcs and pacs anyone else ever have this happen?

Yes, it feels like I don't need the combivent regimen since I started the flovent. I use the combivent mainly before exercise with 02. . Unfortunately my insurance is minimal and I only get to see my pullmanary doctor who proscribes these meds, once every six months. Next I see him I will have a list of questions; partial derived from the excellent discussions on this board. Thanks to all for these discussions.

my chest gets heavy off and on throughout the day I take Combivent Respimat 20-100 MCG/ACT IN AERS, Levalbuterol HCL 1.25 MG/3ML IN NEBU 2X a day before Advair, Singular 10 MG PO TABS, Advair Diskus 500-50 MCG/Dose in AEPB 2X a day, Qvar 80 MCG/ACT IN AERS 2 puffs 2X a day for my severe asthma and I do get relief from the Combivent only to have the chest heaviness come back hours later.

Advair and Spiriva is a common combination of meds for COPD patients. However, you should also have a rescue inhlaer containing some form of albuterol. Combivent is another option used by many COPD patients. It contains albuterol and ipatropium. Combivent may be off the market in the US though as the EPA has banned the use of CFC's propelants in inhalers. I don't think they were able to reformulate this medication to fit these new laws.

Hello, my father was diagnosed with Hep C 10 years ago. Ten years later started feeling Chronic fatigue, abdominal pain/back pain, cold feet and hot hands. On Nov 5, 2012 he began Clinical Trial: drug name: B120335 protease inhibitor (Boehringer Ingelheim) including Pegasus & Interferon. On April 19 finished therapy, the chronic abdominal pain was constant during therapy.
