m still getting over a sinus and chest cold so nothing has tasted good for almost a week now. This is the longest I've gone w/o my doc in over 7-8 years. I'm still having a bad time with all those feelings that always rush to the surface when you're able to detox, that seems to be one of the worst sx. I think I'll try to get out of the house today, haven't stepped outside since sunday, 6 days. I'll try to post how it went if I do make it out.

Every time my entire legs hurt, they are always cold to touch. I also suffer from severe Restless Legs Syndrome. I wake up every night at 2-3 AM and am either restless or in pain, or both, staying awake for several hours sometimes unable to sleep. In mornings, I have associated heaviness and pulling tired sensations. I have fatigue, probably secondary to the insomnia. I require Norco 10/325 QID and even that is not sufficient for full relief. EMG/NCS negative.

It F****n sux when i have my mind on something else or even in music i can pick out little snuck in lyrics that to me refer to getting high etccc. I tried to work today and omg i was a slug,i then layed on the floor and powernapped.the knee pain started, then my knees ached until I took a 2 motrin 800s. I had diarrhea 6 times today. I cant stand this bs. I jus woke up from a nap again and i feel better. Wat is the best way to get off this w/o detox($$). anything herbal or household help.

Twinz is right, tylenol is the safest thing. Cold and sinus mess haven't had any formal testing on their effects on the fetus, so it's not safe to take those. I feel your pain, I've had the flu three times this pregnancy and I'm not even halfway there yet. The best thing to do is find natural ways to beat the symptoms, for example, salt water in your nose for a stuffy nose, cold/hot towels for your head. I hope you feel better soon, get lots of rest!
