Lentil kielbasa soup -- lentils aren't so fattening but I put two kielbasas in the pot -- and big sandwiches with crusty bread and cheese, not to mention sweets of various kinds for dessert.

Some of them only ate soup and nothing else. all 10 felt nausea immediately after. A few with very forceful unvoluntary vomiting. Everybody were fine again after having vomited. My question is what can have caused this. this is the first incident of any kind for this kitchen. It is clean butthe understanding of the kitchenworkers of hygieje can improve.

Avatar n tn That is a great idea. I tell all my patients to see both a tradtional doctor and a holistic doctor. Both test and treat differently. I know of no way to shrink them naturally, but a holistic doctor just might. So definietly go see one. In the meantime, cut out the meat (all of it...cow, bison, poultry, etc) and just eat fish when you want animal protein. Cut out all dairy (no soy cheese either. it's just soy and oil). Get soy milk and drink this instead of cow's milk.

(You can even get can pineapple and put it in the freezer for an hour or so.. frozen pineapple is delicious!) tuna with crackers, etc.. Do you cook? You should look on pinterest for healthy food/snack ideas. I dealt with bulimia 7years ago and always hated the shame that came with it.. I feel for you and pray you get control of it. For me..

I stay away from fatty foods, I don't consume any animal products including butter, eggs, dairy, etc. My stomach bloats like crazy after the smallest meal, such as some lentil soup. I can't even eat bread anymore because it just takes forever to digest.

Try to find something that you can get down, soup , crackers, fruit. Try getting Boost with protein, they have alot of vitamins and don't taste to bad. You need extra protein and amino acids. good luck and hang in there.

SO I thought why not have everyone here post their daily meal schedule so that we all know what all of us pregnant ladies are consuming and how much :). I guess a 3 day to a 7 day post would be great but then again whatever way u want to post please do.

Avatar f tn I just try to keep my fluids up by drinking water. If you have been eating soup thats great! Opt for something that is full of vegetable so you get plenty of vitamins and minerals to keep you going. As Sami said you dont need any extra calories in thw first trimester so as long as you are eating enough soup to sustain yourself everything will be fine :) the nausea should subside by the second trimester, which is when you need the extra calories, so I hope foe your sake this feeling aleviates!

Avatar m tn I'd give him a good multivitamin, and be sure it has iron in it if he's drinking a lot of milk. I like the idea of giving him a probiotic -- you can also get the probiotic effect in live-culture yogurt. Be sure he doesn't have any kind of gagging reflex, that might keep him from swallowing comfortably in general, and then cut the chips and chocolate entirely and tell him that food is available, and keep offering it (healthy food) until he gets hungry enough to eat it.
