I have noticed since I began taking fenofibrate that I experience cloudy urine after I eat certain foods. It only happens the first time I uninate after eating these foods and becomes clear thereafter. It seems that it is triggered with creamy and greasy foods. Is there cause for concern?

Fenofibrate in combination with a Statin drug can cause severe Rhabdomyolysis. I know because I have gone through it. My muscle pain got so severe that I couldn't even move my arms and I wound up in the ER with kidney (also a muscle) pain so severe, I was climbing the walls.
Ever since I started taking Zetia and Fenofibrate together as recommended by my DR, I have put on pounds, am more bloated around the belly,a nd have persistent chest pains. I noticed this has occurred ever since I have been on cholesterol lowering meds, but is more noticeable in the past year with the new combination of drugs. I mentioned this to my DR and he said I need the drugs because of my High Cholesterol. What do you think?

They slow down the build of artery plaques, reduce the risk of stroke and many other health issues. I think it would be wiser to buy capsules because some fish (thanks to environment poisoning) can contain methylmercury and other chemicals. The label on the packaging will state what forms of omega 3 supplements are contained in the capsules.

Chelated zinc and betaine anhydrous (aka TMG) definitely make this a very good supplement. The dose of TMG is a little on the low side (1-3g is good for lowering homocysteine, so an additional TMG source might be needed); zinc, however, is at a good dose.

Your numbers are high, but you need to look at the breakdown. First off, your TGL's should be under 150. Not hard, just cut out the empty carbs like breads, sugars, pastas etc. Also, drinking will elevate your TGL's so don't over do it. You could start on a Fenofibrate like Tricor to lower your TGL's it works well. A statin will not really do that much.
If it happens again it might be from your lack of choline levels when taking piracetam. At some point, something I took CDP Choline (also known as Citicoline) or Choline Bitartrate and they left me PERMANENTLY UNAFFECTED by herbs/drugs and permanently disabled me with the worst chronic fatigue of my life. Yes indeed you can still be suffering from the Paxil withdrawal since Paxil is a very potent SSRI compared to Laxapro. The Paxil withdrawal are thought to be to worse withdrawal for SSRIs, Effexor being the worse for SNRIs.
The withdrawal are mainly due to what is called a ''anticholinergic rebound'' which means your levels of acetylcholine become very low while on the withdrawal from a drug.
