For me it was awful. But for some it's ok. It made me violent. I have never had a violent bone in my body.
Thankfully, the violent tendencies went away about a month after stopping the pill.

i know its listed but i only seem to have recently got it and iam wondering if it is a sx of chantix, (note i only got this symptom when i STOPPED taking chantix) about two weeks after , i often have it most days i feel dizzy mildly for hours at a time but not so dizzy i fall over, also feel slightly car sick (when not driving) oddly i never feel dizzy when driving!
Yep. Also violent thoughts. Take a look some time at all the warnings of side effects that come with your medication. Sometimes they are commonly felt, sometimes rarely. Most sites will tell you if the side effect is common or rare, more common if you're young or pregnant, etc. For example, the suicidal thoughts is thought to be more common with young people. Fun, eh?
My sons girlfriend developed diabetes a little over a year ago and at times becomes extremely violent..scratching , biting etc and has to be restrained. Is this something that happens with diabetes??
I just happened across this site and can't claim to be an expert on anything of this sort - I'm 25 with a girlfriend and no kids. I've seen plenty of violence growing up though.
That being said, I think you need to call a counselor willing to inpatient him - not necessarily via a hospital if you dont want that, but I don't know if there's a "retreat" or something where this is worked on as well.
We have a 5 year old girl. Her behavior has changed a little since the separation, I mean she is violent ,especially to me ,to others in the family as well.I suppose her behavior is related to our separation . She has a rebellious way , she has been like that since she was born.I suppose she blames me for not having her dad around much more time .She is still in her NEgative PERIOD. She says NO to almost everything I ask her to do.Anyways I want help, as in some practical things .
My sister is so horribly behaved. When she wants something, she has to get it, or she throws violent tantrums and fits of anger. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and she hits my mother when my mother yells at her for behaving the way she does. She also hits and scratches me when I step in to prevent her from touching my mother. I have scars from deep scratches she's gave me that made me bleed, which has been a lot of times.
At least once he has removed a stool from his pants, put it in the toilet, flushed and washed his hands. Additionally, he is very violent, especially with his mom, dad, my husband, and less frequently my kids. Lots of hitting, kicking, spitting and sometimes biting. A new development is that I have heard him call his mom a ***** and an ******* on several occasions in the most venomous voice I have heard from a child. He does not care about time outs and says as much.
I am very concerned about my behavior as a child. I'm 21 now and have been remembering alot from my childhood. I know that sexual play between children is normal, however when i was 5 yrs old my 7 yr old sister suggested we kiss each others "privates" which we both did. I know this was abnormal and I'm so upset and at a loss to know where she got this information from.
I need help for a 5 year old who is violent. The violent behavior is noted at home as well. I need to come up with an alternative for this child as part of our standards in order to remove the child from the program. The child will go to kindergarten in the fall and the district will wait until the child falls behind 2 years academically before they address behavior. Are there schools or hospital programs that will take this child 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday in San Mateo County California?
We have been fighting this violent behavior for over three years now. The doctors say it maybe something little even a smell or a . sound that triggers my son's violent acts. It is common for a autistic person to have similar triggers, and these triggers could be anything and everything. I know that with my son, I can not say "lights out its bed time" and then turn out the lights and the tv off.

My son is 6 years old and has a history of violent drawings .We have sneaked him play therapy because of this and a few other matters.Today at school he drew his own grave stone with his name on it and RIP.Is this normal?Im worried sick.
