Avatar n tn We discussed Celebrex in detail and the head of hepatobilliary department at Shands, who writes a lot of the research you see, said he has absolutely no problem with me taking Celebrex long term. I am a hepper with cirrhosis, I have a healthy heart and well controlled hypertension. I think as long as your mom doesn't have heart issues and she gets regular physian followups that she will benefit from Celebrex. I know I do.

Such a specialist will know all about reactive arthritis and its potential causes. Whatever is going on, it definitely does not mean you have any continuing STD as the cause. I hope this helps.

This study, coupled with the issues with my connective tissue and I feel like this stuff is bad news and that surgery is the way to go to solve this. I take this medication daily and can't go any loger than two days without before I get gut wrenching burning through my enire esophageal area.

He has been going severly downhill since January and has lost 40 pounds, has constant mucous drainage that he chokes on especially after meals, and has severe shortness of breath. Can these symptoms be a result of the medications he is taking? Is it safe for him to take two synthetic DMARDS at the same time?

They want me to wait 6-12 months to do another CT scan. Is this wise? My doctor says I should just wait because radiation is bad for you. I am going nuts here! 2cm sounds really big to me!! Should I get a second opinion as to waiting 6-12 months?

So, unless you've got a family history of ARMD or currently have intermediate stage MD, or other retinal/macular problems the benefits of taking an AREDS supplement is unknown. Avatar f tn They are a godsend for people with crippling RA. Unfortunately, my blood pressure went so far out of control that long term joint damage was not my biggest problem. Not having a stroke took priority. Been fighting bp control issues 2 years now with pcp, cardiologist, nephrologist, hypertension specialist and still have to have "emergency meds for when it goes to the stroke zone.

The majority of folks I know who have had hsv2 long term, have less ob's in general though they all seem to go thru periods where the pattern is increased for a short time ( like they won't get an ob for a year or two and then have 3 in a row in a few months or something similar ).
