I feel like I'm consuming to much sugar, in short. Does anyone have thoughts on this ? I'm a busy student, so i just grab things and go. My issue is when I eat a load of carbs, it hits up to 3 days later and I can't hardly get out of bed and am weak most of the day. Everything I read about Carb Intolerance says that fatigue usually hits within the first few hours. Has anyone else experienced this? Carb crash, a day or days after the carbs are eaten?

And im scared that if i dont eat any that my baby wont get all the nutrition that it needs. I've tried to eat different ones but it doesnt work out. Is there any other healthy food that will make up for the veggies? Someone told me that my prenantal vitamins arent enough i need more nutrition. I want my baby to be very healthy.
Avatar m tn the diet was not low food at all, i just changed pasta with black rice 80gr with vegetables in it (potatoes and many others) and a lot of blueberries and berries (about 180gr a day) plus little exsercise so the main result is from antocianins in this food at lunch and dinner, and i have to tell you can t eat a lot after those i used xenical in the past and swimming heavy everyday but never went less than 74kg whatever the time or the strengths, so for me it was antocianins mainly plus the rest
Avatar n tn I think you're making a common mistake in thinking about food, which is that protein is good and carbs are bad. This isn't at all true -- the majority of your diet should be carbs. Vegetables, for example, the core of a healthy diet, are carbs, whereas beef is very high in fat on purpose and hard to digest despite being high in protein and so is never weight-loss food.
