Yesterday 6/5/15 my daughter Hadley Capri arrived! I had been over 5cm dilated and 70% affaced for a week and the Drs were afraid that I would not make it to the hospital in time once I went into labor. So at 8am yesterday morning (39w2d) I went to the hospital to have my water broken and get labor going. At 9am they broke my water and gave me the bare minimum of pitocine to get contractions going. They came on hard and fast.By 11 am I was ready to push. Just 11 minites later she was born!
It's early spring in western Massachusetts and I'm concerned about deer ticks and subsequent lyme disease. I've looked, but haven't found anything. Should I go get tested for Lyme's?
So at my hubby got a chunk of deer meat from his friend who owns a restuarant........... IS deer meat any good, ive never tried it? Im thinking a slow roast in the oven...... maybe? -I love meat.... no where near being a vegatarian/vegan, (those of you that are vegans, this post is clearly not for you.) Just so we dont get any hard feelings.
This is what I did a year ago when I had a deer tick attached to my thigh. 10 days later the small red mark spread to a long rectangular red blotch...not a bullesye. Then I developed all kinds of weird symptoms, so I went right to the er. Later I sought out a LLMD in my area. Depending on what dr. you use will decide what antibiotic to use. I was tested positive down the road which i guess was a lucky reading. Good luck to you.
I only have sex with my many years gf which I believe is STD free, we were in hotel yesterday and I washed my penis with hotel soap which seemed to be bad quality and today my penis has white pimples, started as red, and a bit itchy. about a month ago me and my recent ex girlfriend went to a hotel after a fun night. We had been here before and decided to try it out again. well this time around we had a little issue because the morning after i woke up with these little red dots around the shaft of my penis. We had rough sex about a week before that and it was so intense that it caused like a rash on my penis which at one moment made like a small tear in more foreskin which healed after applying neosporin.
No inflammation, or redness, but the OTHER is bright red, perfectly circular with a small black dot in the middle. Very weird. Our dog is paying a lot of attention to the red one, licking away. This is the one that we tried pulling out the day I posted the original message. It seems we agitated it. See attached photo.
The larger question here: Does anyone recognize these marks on his skin? They look like moles or pimples...

I will try to keep this short and sweet. I found about 25 deer ticks on me. A few days later I called a Lymes specialist and they said that since it was so soon, they weren't going to do a blood test on me, just put me on medication. I am on months cycle of doxycycline. A few days after I removed all of the ticks, I started to get these itchy little red bumps all over. They started on my arm, then moved to my legs, back, chest, and groin.
he is fair- skinned but has been in the sun since he was about 3 months. always extremely protected of course. we went back to the hotel after leaving the pool, where he ate lunch and took a nap. we were at the hotel for about 3 hours before going to the beach. again, i added an extreme amount of sunscreen over his entire body. we only stayed at the beach for 2 hours max. we did not get in the water. jus played in the sand.
