can levaquin and xanax be taken together

i have this strong feeling hes going to put me on another benzo like klonpin witch i took them for 12 yrs prior to the xanax...the methadone and xanax been on both of for 5 yrs the same time was put on the methadone with know problems..i take 40 mgs of methadone and avg 3 mgs of xanax aday..this controls the anxietys and panic is the worst..have had it since 1989..i dont get it much.. but when im maina nothing stops that including the xanax....

Both drugs are of a class called flouroquinolones, and both have been linked to damage to the tendons and pain in the muscles. Levaquin mostly. For some reason Cipro doesn't seem to be much of a problem. Levaquin is associated wih long-term muscular aches and pains.

How old is your son? Does he live with you? Why is he taking them? Xanax cannot be stopped abruptly if taken for a period of time. It must be tapered off of slowly. Ditto for methadone. Which i'm sure you're already are aware of. Keep posting...

I need to know why I can see my pulse and it actually is visible on my stomach and it even moves my breast. I know some people say that you see this if you are very thin. Can you please tell me if you can take Nexium 40mg. and Zantac 75mg. together or on the same day. My GI doctor has me on Nexium 40mg. and my PCP wants me to take Zantac 75mg. at night before I go to bed. Is it safe, and can I take it with Xanax 1mg. I have GERDS and Barrett's Esophagus. And they both think it mjght be causing these little pinpoint pimples in my mouth, tongue, and throat.

) I am really starting to think it was the meds that caused this odd happening and despite saying no to them for meds they gave me a 1mg knowing I had taken xanax just awhile before! Seriously think that I am fine and wpws is NOT the case here. I was told by 4 MD's who all said the same thing to me. They even said if I had low potas or calcium that could cause abnormal rhythm. One was even stating that meds can have that effect aswell.

I was put on Zoloft at first and then switched a few years ago to 40mg of Paxil along with 25mg of Xanax daily. I still feel anxiety and depression, however, and am afraid these drugs no longer work or that I have become immune to their effects. Should I be expecting the dosages of these medications to change over time? Is it normal to prescribe these drugs together? I am also on toprol for my blood pressure. I was just diagnosed with an autoammune disease and don't want to take plaquenil just yet. Doctor said to take celebrex and a muscle relaxer. I have been taking 1 mg of xanax for 3 weeks and before that it was about twice a week as needed. I was having such anxiety and sleep issues rhemy said to take it every day. Now 3 weeks later she wants to try the new coctail of celebrex and muscle relaxer.

Did the new med come with a pamflet a desrciption,it should say what meds it interacts with and shouldnt be taken together,you can also try google it.

She has also taken 1 gram of Xanax. Is that safe? Can you take the both together? She is a very good friend of mine and I really just want to make sure she's going to be ok. They're typically low doses, but 2 different pills at the same time. She took the gram of Xanax about 15 minutes ago, I tried to talk her out of it, but being a recovering addict myself, I guess my advice is worthy for her. I would trust the pharmacist. I have had levaquin and synthroid and it has been fine. They have website that you can search the reaction of medications with each other. Just google it. Good luck!

i have cut back to 2 mg of xanax a day and by next week i can cut down to 1 xanax and the next week be off.........per my dr he is a pshy.A friend told me she thinks thats to much benzos...........so now im scared. I have to get off the xanax.I am pretty drowsy..but my dr said that should pass once my body adjusts.........
