NEVER EVER buy prescription meds off the internet, unless it is an actual reputable Pharmacy that is FILLING your prescription. Buying meds online without an Rx is not only illegal, but VERY dangerous. You will not get the med you think you're getting. People die doing this.
If you need a prescription for something, do it the right way, through your doctor and a pharmacy.

You're going to have to visit a doctor in order to get a prescription for your levo as very few doctors will write a script without seeing you, unless you are an established patient. You can, however, go to a walk-in clinic, where you will be charged according to your income, which is often very little.
In answer to your question regarding T3 meds, while there are sites online that say they sell cytomel without a prescription, I would never buy from them, because I have no idea what they are really selling...
There are also some glandular products that are sold over the counter, but they are supposed to have the actual hormone content removed and are simply ground up tissue.
In short, T3 products sold in the U.S require a prescription.
To my knowledge there is no legitimate source for obtaining T3 in the US without a prescription. If I may ask, why are you interested in T3 only. Also, are you not able to get a script from your doctor?
You cannot order contacts online without a prescription specifically written for the contact lenses being purchased.
A prescription for glasses is not necessarily the same as for contacts. I don't think any eye doctor can answer your questions online; s/he'd have to check your vision wearing the contacts to fine tune the script. Contacts also come in different base curves. Wearing poorly fitting contacts can damage your corneas.
It sounds like your physician is trying hard, but I too do not understand why retesting every 2 months is needed. (Tho I am NOT a doctor, I have lots of opinions!) I agree with mojogal.
The doc may be nervous at prescribing antibiotics for an extended period of time, and is concerned the medical authorities may give him trouble.
