The skin on my cheeks seems to be dry right now because of the topical stuff from my dermatologist (retin-a micro gel, used in the morning and left on till night, and benzaclin gel used at night and left on till morning) but normally it feels pretty smooth and kind of soft but also kind of dry. My forehead feels scaly-ish which is probably because of all the imperfections on it but in the summer it is pretty oily and right now in the winter is feels dry and scaly. My jawline is pretty average.

Unfortunately I lost the notes I had from the visit but she said I had Sebaceous something or the other. She said there wasn't really anything I could do to clear it up. She gave me a Tretinoin prescription for acne in general.
I MAKE SURE to take really good care of my skin but it dosent seem to work. Also i have a prescription face medication cream called BenzaClin which is 1% clindamycin and 5% Benzoyl peroxide. Also, i am away at college far from my house so could it be my face isnt use to the water here? Im not sure what else it could be. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to help??? Can someone tell me what has helped them get rid of annoying and stubborn pimmples? Pleasee helpppp.. thanks!
I haverecently gone to my primary physician and dermatologist and they tell me it is acne and prescribed benzaclin/ Atralin and sumaxin. Benzaclin seemed to work at first, but now it seems to make my breakouts worse. The other two prescriptions just dont seem to work at all. What could this be?Herpes? I do have herpes, but my doctor tells me it should only be on the lip (I have it next to the lip) it's not noticeable at all.
To my knowledge there is no legitimate source for obtaining T3 in the US without a prescription. If I may ask, why are you interested in T3 only. Also, are you not able to get a script from your doctor?

s nothing really to pop. It usually goes away within the week. I also have been using Benzaclin for the past few months. I try to use it only when i have a pimple coming on. I know it can make my skin very sensative. I've never had a cold sore, but could this be one?? I dont feel any tingling or the other symptoms I've read about concerning cold sores.

I am currently taking benzaclin and erythromycin gel at night and Evoclin foam in the day. I also tweeze and wax the hairs. I was wondering if tretinoin cream would help prevent ingrown hairs due to increased epithelial cell turnover?
I know laser treatment would be most beneficial but cannot afford it at the moment. What can I do in the meantime to help prevent ingrown hair and pimples in the hair follicle?
I am between insurances right now, and I need an updated prescription for my hypothyroidism (levothyroxine), which I have been taking for around 5 years, now. Are there any online nurse practitioners that can write a prescription? Any other options that I have, other than spending $100's out of pocket at a doctor's office? Medic she has not said she is going to do it on her own .She is asking if anyone has done it without a doctor which is an understandable question.However yes with the amount of time she has been them doing it on there own its not really an option.

Please do not risk you or your baby health without talking to your Dr first. Its hard to give good advice without knowing you medical history and how severe your symptoms are without medications and the dose you are on. I have did research and have personal experience with it during breastfeeding as well as with others in the same class of drugs and I know my symptom severity and that my symptoms get worse when pregnant and I have choosen to stay on this medication.

I realize you probably already know this from all the good information from the community, but I would just like to reinerate that as long if you only have (1) Doctor that wrote both controlled prescriptions you will be just fine. I was prescribed Diazepam (valium) a couple of weeks ago to see how they worked - I only had 6 but managed to make them last for a while. I suffer from Panic Disorder and Generalised Anxiety and took them for panic attacks. They completely stopped the attacks (I only took one when I felt an attack coming on) and I was only on 2mg which I believe is the lowest dose.
Anyway, I saw a different GP to the one who prescribed me Diazepam and she said that I can't have anymore.
