Breast lift before and after images

Common Questions and Answers about Breast lift before and after images

Avatar m tn m 40, childless (which means ptosis was not due to breast feeding) and had a breast lift 4 weeks ago. Implants were out of the question for me. If you want perkiness a lift, whether the incisions will be concentric, lollipop or inverted T is for you to discuss AT LENGTH with a plastic surgeon. I received an inverted T, which I am not at all happy with because the P.S. that did my breasts did not specify that during my consultation.
Avatar m tn last year- they did a set of images in additional to the regular ones , from the middle to the nipple of each breast. yesterday, the tech did the regular images, but did not include those specific pictures. i did not request them- as i guess now i realize, i should have this morning, the center called and said the radiologis wanted to redo the right breast because it showed - i guess- more density.
Avatar f tn ve had that before and it hurts like hell whenever you bend one way or the other depending on where the pain is. Especially when bending to lift things.
1174607 tn?1264173583 Anyway, I have an inverted nipple and you can see were the seatbelt went thru my breast and he said due to the trauma he wanted to do the lift first and let that heal, and then do the implants. I am very hesitant because I don't want to have 2 surgeries. ALso he said that the nipple could stay inverted because if he cut the scar tissue that is probably causing the inversion I could loose blood flow and the nipple all together. What are your thought?
Avatar m tn If anyone can give me some Incite on this I would greatly appreciate it. Ok now, I'm 22 I'm active and I lift weights and workout. One day I got on the bench press I stretched before but not long. I went to bench 225 I got it 5 times and when I got up from the bench I was very light headed and felt a pressure on my chest. The pressure lasted for a week... Then when it healed my sternum gets really sore depending on how I sit..
Avatar m tn I surely understand you worrying about your Mom being referred to a breast Surgeon and go through a biopsy, but try to stay calm and keep in mind that the majority of breast cysts, even complex ones that are biopsied, result in benign findings. Hoping that everything will turn out just fine for your Mom. Best wishes to both of you..
Avatar f tn Before I has my two children, I had c cup breasts. I breast fed for a year and now my breasts are back to a c cup but with d cup skin. My areolas are huge! My husband has admitted that they "aren't as nice as they used to be." I'm interested in a breast lift and areola reduction, and wanted to hear some of your experiences. How bad is the scarring and healing process? How much does this typically cost?
Avatar n tn I had a breast lift with a very small implant put in about 10 years ago, now that I am unexpectedly pregnant Im very concerned about being able to breastfeed successfully! My implants are over the muscle and was done at the crease under the breast. I have two other children 1 of which I had absolutely no problems nursing, however that was before I got the lift!!! If anyone has experience with this or knows someone I would love to hear what you have to say!!!!! TIA!!!
Avatar f tn I had a cute shape before i got prego lol i put on pounds and i know i will put on some more because I still have 4 more months to go but what are ome excercises that wont harm your baby? Avatar f tn During and after pregnancy (usually while still breast feeding) you will experience a temporary shift of your vision, rarely permanent. Glasses will correct this condition. It's probably more nearsightedness and/or astigmatism which has "crept" in for a "bit." Best wishes, Timothy D. McGarity, M.D. www.tmcgaritymd.
Avatar n tn My health insurance ghi does not cover breast lift or reduction. I am currently a size 42dd and my breast are sagging. I cannot afford the procedure or do not know exactly what I need if its a breast lift or reduction. I suffer from shoulder pains almost everyday am my doctor only prescribe me motrin for the pain. I really need help and cannot afford it. Is there a list or some doctors that can help me for free in nyc?
Avatar n tn Now that images have been taken, and your breast has been numbed, your radiologist will use a very fine needle (smaller than is used for a blood draw) to target your breast abnormality. The tip of this needle must rest in the location that your surgeon needs to find, in order to remove the right tissue. A slender wire will be threaded down through the needle and out of its tip, to lodge at the target tissue. The needle will be removed, leaving the wire in place.
Avatar f tn The reason they did not give it a 4 is because I had had a breast lift 4 years ago, and they said it probably is just the result of that surgery. Seeing that I have had a CT scan with 4 lesions on my liver as well, I was uncomfortable with that recommendation and asked to have it biopsied now. They told me they could do one cluster easily, the other one would need a surgical biopsy (because of it's location).
Avatar n tn I had a breast lift w/ lipo 20 months ago- my left breast has been feeling like something is tearing inside and I have a strange, almost achey feeling in the breast and towards my armpit. This breast is larger than the right, but always has been. I also gained apprx 15 lbs since then and am not sure if this has caused these feeling. I am at a point where I don't know if I should be concerned and go back and see the cosmetic surgeon or should I see my family doctor.

Avatar f tn I'm a 59-year-old woman, post-menopausal and have never taken HRT. Last month (while on vacation) I noticed that my left breast areola appeared to be a different color than the right; more gold/yellowish instead of the usual pink. It gets more pronounced if I lift my left arm overhead for several seconds.
Avatar n tn hey, i had a breast reduction 12 years ago. with my first i got colostrum five days before delivery. i wasn't well prepared and i gave up trying to breast feed after two days. i didn't know if i was producing any milk and my son was getting anxious to eat, so i gave in. i also have to say i did not have a great support system at the time. this time around though I am determined to try harder.
Avatar n tn I have a peculiar problem of being able to see after images for a little more time than normal.Due to which my eyes are not able to accommodate moving objects. Hence, I can see a series of bats when a cricket shot is played by a cricket batsman. Similarly If i move my hand or anything in my hand I can see the moving hand/object even after the hand/object has reached the new place and that moving hand/object merges with the hand/object at the new place in a second or two.
Avatar f tn breast lift, breast reduction, and breast enlargement (augmentation). Depending on your specific case, one or more of these techniques would be helpful to restore a youthful look to your bosom. Breasts are not stagnant organs, they are always changing throughout life. In a young women they grow and develop. They change each month with the menstrual cycle. Pregnancy affects the breasts as does nursing.
Avatar f tn I went to another consultation and the cosmetic doctor told me that in order to remove bra bulge you must lipo the axillary pad not breast lateral. Breast lateral usually is for a breast procedure such as lift or reduction. I did not have anything done to my breast. Can someone explain me the difference is what was suppose to be my symptoms and the purpose of these procedures?
Avatar n tn The breast is heterogeneously dense. The density at the posterior superior aspect of the right breast demonstrated on the prior MLO view does not definitely persist on the spot MLO view. However, on the tomographic images there is a persistent ill-defined 10 mm density in this region best seen on MLO tomographic image #24 of 60. However, a discrete abnormality is not identified on the exaggerated lateral CC view. On the CC tomographic images the area is heterogeneous.
Avatar n tn Hello, My name is Leslie, My last mammogram showed clacifications in my right breast, and newer calcifications in the left. I was told by the radiologist that I needed a needle biopsy of the right, and a surgical biopsy of the left. I made an appointment with a surgeon and scheduled for the surgical biopsy. I did get a recommendation from my primary doctor for a second opinion. The breast specialist surgeon recommended an MRI. FINDINGS: Right Breast: Dense parenchymal pattern.
Avatar f tn it is sometimes used to improve the visibility of a tumor. Additional breast MRI images are then taken. The entire breast MRI session takes about 45 minutes.
1481291 tn?1287793105 One friend had implants and her milk just never came in, another friend never had any surgery and her milk never came in and the last friend had 2 surgeries, one lift and one augmentation and she is pumping exclusively and has been doing so for 7 wks thus far. So it really just depends and you wont know until the baby comes what will happen. I would plan to try to breast feed, since that is what you want, and if it doesn't work then you tried and there are other options.
Avatar f tn The technician taped a metal bb to my breast, repositioned me and acquired more images. The images revealed that the calcifications were very near the surface of my breast right under the bb. The radiologist took a look and stated that they were in the skin layer, not in the breast tissue. He said that they were benign, no biopsy was needed, and I was done. What do calcifications in the skin mean? Any need for concern or follow-up.
Avatar f tn As compared to the left breast images of 06/11/2009, the left breast microcalcifications cannot be confirmed as stable due to differences in the technique. While these calcifications are scattered with no dominant cluster followup left breast mammogram in 6 months including magnification views is recommended to document prospective stability.
Avatar m tn I had an abnormal mammo back in February. Went for additional pics and right breast ultrasound in early March. Found 1 4mm what appeared to be lymph node and gyn referred me to breast surgeon. Surgeon sent me for bilateral MRI last week.
