m 40, childless (which means ptosis was not due to breast feeding) and had a breast lift 4 weeks ago. Implants were out of the question for me. If you want perkiness a lift, whether the incisions will be concentric, lollipop or inverted T is for you to discuss AT LENGTH with a plastic surgeon. I received an inverted T, which I am not at all happy with because the P.S. that did my breasts did not specify that during my consultation.

My health insurance ghi does not cover breast lift or reduction. I am currently a size 42dd and my breast are sagging. Yes after breast feeding my boobs are less perky, because they get SO BIG and so full then when the milk is gone they reduce in size but the skin is still stretched.

You can lift the same and do the same activity level as you did before you got pregnant. Just dont try and do more than you're used too!

I had a breast lift with a very small implant put in about 10 years ago, now that I am unexpectedly pregnant Im very concerned about being able to breastfeed successfully! I feel all of your pain.. about a year ago before my wedding I was a 40 C and now I am fitting snug into a 42/44 D. I never had any issues with the growing with my son, nor early leaking- funny cause I wasnt able to succuessfully breastfeed. This time they are huge and very heavy, they leak and I am only 21+weeks... maybe this time my daughter is what made the difference and I will be able to breast feed!!

My surgeon is wanting me to do a lift and implants to fix a lumpectomy that I had in May of 2009. It wasn't cancer, it was a galactocile the size of a softball that solidified (after trauma to my milk ducts during a car accident in Feb 2008 5wks after baby).
