I had an abscess on my right tonsil that would break open and cause reoccurring tonsillitis SO I had my tonsils taken out 10 days ago. I have this growth on the right side still. Not sure if its part of the Palatopharyngeal Arch but I can't find anything on the internet like it.

Certain, type specific IgG tests, such as HerpeSelect can distnguish between HSV-1 and HSV-2. However, other tests (such as IgM) do not. Most herpes tests have a numerical value that are "cut-off" points to differentiate between positive and negative results. For example, with the HerpeSelect test, any numerical value under .9 is considered negative. You should find out the specific test you had, just to make sure it is type specific, IgG.

A couple of months ago i had routine blood work done because i take sertraline. unexpectedly, my tsh value was <.004. i redid the labs two days later and my tsh was <.02. i was then referred to an endocrinologist.

The risk for the disease is really a continuous value, so there is no normal value of PSA in which the disease has not been documented. The tests will not guarantee that a cancer does not exist, it will only dictate threshold values at which there are more cancers (but since it is a continuum, the actual value at which the biopsy is worth doing could be debated).
