Amy has been around a while and has quite a long list of good songs.

I quit listening to Tori Amos because of it. I love her songs but I always end up in a really bad place. When I am in a bad place her songs come to mind. I listen to Christian Contemporary or Country. The lyrics you can sing along with and they usually don't make me cry. Some country songs can be pretty depressing too though so I have to watch.

There is NO way I can narrow this down to one choice!!! LOL I have a very wide range of music that I love listening to-from heavy rock like Panterra, disco-Blondie, and classical Mozart. I'm not a huge fan of country music-I will admit to liking a few songs, like Carrie Underwood's-Before He Cheats (title????).

Have u girls heard songs that you can dedicate to your baby?...I was hearing some n thought I'd share some with you girls...whenever I'm having a bad day listening to these songs help me..makes me think of my future with my son who is due march 8th..here are a few ill post more as I hear them...

Its a good way of using your phone, other than all that other crap you may use it for. I use it and write lyrics to songs, or i just write whats on my mind and whats about to happen at any situation like if iM going to get a anxiety from a social situation or something like that. And the brilliant thing about doing it on your phone, is that people think you are just checking a text message or Facebook. Try it out its a good idea. I use the office app that came on my phone with it.

Maybe I like this version better because I think the lead vocal is much better live than it is on the studio version and so I listened to this version so much that these seem like the right lyrics to me. That Band was so great that I have never understand why Robbie Robertson broke it up. To make music like that would have been heaven to me. Did he think he could do better on his own or with other musicians? If he did he proved himself dead wrong.

If that was the case I could consider myself a singer as I can visualize and appreciate what the lyrics to my songs would sound like if done right. But if I do try to sing dog for miles around would start to howl. And I really mean that. I wrote a song for a woman I knew (music and lyrics) and she begged me to sing it for her. Today starts day 9 without opiates and so far so good. Not sure what made this time different, but at this point last time I quit I was so emotional; I figured that it was because I had numbed my emotions for so long with the pills that they were all catching up with me. Maybe I'm just lucky or finally found an anti-depressant/supplement mix that works well for me. Kind of dreaded yesterday, cuz it was payday & that would create opportunity.
