Avatar f tn Eventually the memories will become distant and you will make new and better ones. If you have things from the relationship get rid of them. Don't keep them in a box in your closet because then they will always be there. You need to rid yourself of the relationship to move on. Just keep your head up and tell yourself you are so worth better. I am so sorry you have to go through all this. I hope you take care of yourself.
Avatar f tn Really nobody?
Avatar f tn all of these songs make me cry...in a good way! What a great subject to bring up. I am singing away to myself now...
1710121 tn?1326476935 I agree with Clysta, give it some time before you make any final decisions. We're all here for you, to vent with, cry with, laugh, share your concerns, etc...there is also an anxiety forum here, which I wanted to mention because they may be able to help you find a way to control it without seeing a dr. BUT I urge you to talk to one just because post partum depression is serious, and you should discuss your anxiety with a dr before giving birth.
Avatar f tn It gets better hun.
Avatar f tn I cry when I listen to sentimental songs.
676032 tn?1315674063 Many songs make me happy--------- you are so right. Music can just perk you right up on a bad day! And you are so funny picking out your funeral song!!! Okay, this is corny but . . . "you are my sunshine". Oh, don't laugh. It is happy and I sang it all the time to both my boys when they were babies and they still light up when I sing it or they hear it. It is sentimental at this point . . . Face full of freckles by Natasha Beddinghaus----- nice message, upbeat song!
Avatar m tn The quickest way to get over a break up is to make sure you have zero contact with that individual. That means, no looking at their photos, reading their letters/emails/texts that you've saved, no trips down memory lane of all the fond memories you shared. Do you best to avoid that person and not run into them or be at places you know they are going to be. Once you've done that, start spending time with friends, or make new ones. Get yourself out there and start dating casually.
Avatar m tn I think you should tell her that you understand how she feels and will respect those feelings and not bother her anymore, and stand by these words. If she truly loves you and there is just a glimmer of her wanting to work thru this, then your absence will make it happen. She needs to "miss you" so that she can think about everything. Your absence may make her realize that she can get over this, if not, then you just have to accept that it's over, learn by it and move on.
Avatar f tn I don't plan on it just because you will probably sweat/cry it all off anyway. Kinda like at the end of prom, your hair all a mess as well. Ya know? lol. But I guess you could pack some in your hospital bag and put a little on after you get cleaned up.
Avatar f tn I agree with above comment. You need to take care of yourself and it will only get more difficult as you get bigger. My son was the same and it made me go crazy. He old wake up 5 or 6 to establish a nights wanting a hug. It took one night of letting him cry (I would check every 10mins) and now he sleeps all through the night. It is totally worth it!

Avatar f tn I'm so glad this post is here, cuz music absolutely helped me get through it. Here's a few songs to give anyone inspiration: "Mr. Rager" by Kid Cudi (Great song when you are just angry at the world, but mostly at yourself. And it really is about a man, Scott Mescudi, who has clearly been through a lot of the same "issues" we are dealing with.
