The quickest way to get over a break up is to make sure you have zero contact with that individual. That means, no looking at their photos, reading their letters/emails/texts that you've saved, no trips down memory lane of all the fond memories you shared. Do you best to avoid that person and not run into them or be at places you know they are going to be. Once you've done that, start spending time with friends, or make new ones. Get yourself out there and start dating casually.
Get physically active and fill up your time with things that can make you happy. Do things that are different from the things you did with him. Make some new friends from a different group of people. Change your life in a positive direction and don't give yourself much time alone- even much time to think!! All you can do is distract yourself-- but the funny thing, is that the longer you do this, the better it works. And one day, you will wake up and find that your heart aches less.
It ok to feel the sadness and loss, but start by surrounding yourself with good friends, family, do thinks that are possitive in your life and you will very slowly feel better...step by step. DO NOT fall in temptation to call him, text him or communicate with him in anyway. It's easier said than done, but you will never move forward and just start the grief process all over again, if you fall into temptation and contact him. Turn off your cell if necessary...

t the best relationship towards the end, in fact I was kind of relieved when it was over but you still get upset and cry and go through things in your head over and over again trying to make sense of things, whether you wanted the break up or not. I had an engagement ring from him which when we first broke up, my mum held onto it for me for a while - maybe she thought we might have got back together but I know she did it mostly to stop me looking at it etc.
I went into labor while working, called Dr once I got off and went in our hr later. I had make up it didnt run, but if I wasn't wearing any I wouldn't stress. You won't care at that point.
Down there I used a mirror I was worried about that lol.
I remember one day I was in a resturant and the balloon man was making a bunch of kids balloons a a week ago and the squeaking of the balloons drove me insane I thought he would never get through normally I would have never paid attention ha! Thank you to everyone for your input I do feel better and will crush my numbers at work this month get even not mad I guess!
